They are closed on Sundays but they are open Mon-Sat and their hours are pretty good. I tried to freeze my account because I was traveling and was assured that I was all set, yet within a week I was being charged for a full membership. When I complained to the manager, she didn't even help nor offered a refund, rather gave me "tan bucks" that wasn't even equivalent to what I was wrongfully charged. When I tried to cancel my account, I called to complain about being wrongfully charged (in another instance) and to state that I wanted to cancel my account, I was told that I had to come into the place in person to cancel my membership which was extremely inconvenient since I was traveling for the holidays. When I went in person to cancel my account I was told I had to give a 30 days notice, which I did, yet exactly 30 days after doing so I was still being charged!! Needless to say, the costumer service here sucks. As far as the tanning goes, the mystic spray often leaves you orange and gets blotchy within a few days. It also stains your clothes and hands.
