The machine is now back to me now that it is December 2025, but I do not know if it is fixed, they kept the pedal and power cord, and are refusing to give it back stating I never dropped it off, and there was a notation as such. That is 100% not true, I called and we will see how this issue resolves but for right now this is a headache, and he had a very condescending tone over the phone to put a nasty cherry on this sundae of disappointment. He said he will look for it, but in a placating way that gives me no hope.

Tony held true to his 30 day warranty and was out within a day with same-model replacement (actually one that looked a little better). Day 40, there's a puddle of water forming under the washer. None of the hoses are leaking. Texted Tony as this being the second issue and just outside his warranty period, felt that something should be done here. NO RESPONSE (and by the way a month has elapsed since this happened so the "family emergency" excuse wouldn't apply as I've still not received a response). If I had to pay someone to look at this, it would be at least $200, in which case, I could've just bought a new washer. Fortunately, I am handy, watched a bunch of youtube videos, and followed the water to determine that the internal valve that regulates water flow had failed. This was a $20 part on amazon, but had to wait a few days for delivery. All in all, I was without a washer for a week due to this. Other impressions: OK prices for used W/D and used/banged up refrigerators. Wife & I were moving into a house with a little one so not having these things right away wasn't an option and neither was paying retail for brand new. If I had the time, I would've scoped out estate sales and such to find my own deals to cut out the middle man. Delivery was on time and they seemed to be rather efficient at moving large appliances through tight places so I was happy that doors and walls weren't getting banged up.

We bought a washer and dryer set in February from them. The installation guy was rude, would not…read moreflip the door for the dryer, and rough (bumping walls). I then flipped the door myself and found coins, a bunch of dog hair, and random trash in the machine crevices. The lint filter was not even cleaned. I dried one load of clothes and there were random orange stains that were not present when I washed the clothes. I looked inside the dryer with a flashlight and there was what looked like orange crayon all on the inside of the drum, which I then had to clean. Getting used appliances means there will be some amount of extra work, but this was just lazy for the company not even to clean and vaccuum the unit first. Fast forward to October, and the dryer does not work - I had my clothes in 7 times and they are still cold and wet. I reached out to them and they said it would be $129 for a service call and more money for the missing parts. The warranty must've been about 6 months, and it has been 9. I bought from here to support a small business, but this was a terrible experience and a waste of nearly $1000.
