I experienced repeated issues, including same-day cancellations and same day rescheduling, limited availability when trying to rebook, being charged additional fees due to Demi's lack of availability, appointments starting late due to her running behind, and excessive phone use during my appointment time. The overall experience became increasingly unprofessional. Due to these ongoing issues, I requested a refund for my 3 unused fill services totaling $144. After several requests I was only refunded $25 and informed of a no-refund policy that was never disclosed to me at the time of payment. Based on this experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from spending their time or money here as they disrespect your time, do not value you as a customer, and they keep your money despite not providing the service.
