As you can see from my previous review, I've been going to Chelsea for over 7 years; she truly remains unmatched. Not only is she incredibly professional and skilled, but she's also one of the kindest, most beautiful people inside and out. Over the last few years, I've also started seeing Nina, and her lashing and facials are absolutely heavenly. Truly to die for. Of course, her customer service is also incredible. Chelsea and Nina together are an unbeatable team. Their talent, care, and attention to detail are unparalleled. I wouldn't trust my lashes with anyone else. I also got my lips blushed by Chelsea about 3 years ago, and the pigment is still lingering beautifully. I'm finally due for a touch-up, and I couldn't be more excited. And honestly, for the level of expertise and the quality of results, their prices are truly a steal. If you're looking for a place that delivers incredible results with genuine warmth and professionalism, look no further! Chels' Lashes is the golden standard. read more

I can't recommend Chels Lashes highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The studio is immaculate, beautifully styled, and creates a calm, welcoming vibe that immediately puts you at ease. Chelsea and Nina are absolute artists when it comes to lashes. Chelsea took the time to understand the look I was going for and offered expert advice based on my eye shape and natural lashes. The results? Flawless. My lashes looked full, natural, and perfectly lifted exactly what I wanted and more. read more

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with my lash extension appointment. The removal process was painful -- the glue burned my eyes, and at one point, my eyelids were stuck together. You could still see visible glue on top afterward. I don't believe all the old lashes were properly removed. Technician kept saying "Oh no". Instead of using proper tools or remover, the technician kept using scissors to cut off the old lashes, which felt unsafe. After getting the new set, many lashes started falling out the very next day. Overall, I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, and I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience. read more

I love Chel's Lashes. I was looking for a new lash place and this place got me the second I walked in. Very clean, private rooms, and beautiful soothing music playing in the background. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by name right away. I got my lashes filled for a reasonable price. Nena filled my lashes with expertise. She took her time and treated me very well. Nena is friendly and pleasant to talk to when I feel like talking. She is also kind on days when I just feel like relaxing and want to fall asleep while she works her magic. I will definitely keep coming back to Chel's Lashes. read more

No special occasion just because I want to feel beautiful and curious about this place. I've been trying to get an appointment for the eyelash extensions and finally today is the day! My appointment is at 3:15PM and it is on raining day. Must be my lucky day? :) As I walk in the store a warm welcoming from the receptionist who greeted me with a smile. She asked if I was a regular client or new. I said it is my first time here. She asked me to sign in and if is ok to take my before look photo. Of course I said yes! Then a lady came up to me and introduced her name is Chelsea. Right from the look I knew it was her, the owner! She smile and we walked into a room. I told her that I am here for the full set of hybrid eyelash extensions. We talk and laugh! She is very friendly and professional. I asked how long she in this business and she said 9 years.. wow! I could tell that she is passionate and love to make her clients feel beautiful. I know for sure I do! My lashes feel so light and full. I don't feel any irritations or pain. My before and after look photos with the lashes made a huge difference! My eyes look bigger and lashes stand out. I love them! Not only they do eyelash extensions, there are other services such as permanent makeup, laser, and etc. I highly recommend this place and they don't take walk in so make sure to make appointment two to three weeks ahead! I am going to enjoy this new lashes! read more

I just happened to notice Chelsea's Lash salon when I was picking something up for lunch a few doors down. I had actually been thinking of getting laah extensions again because I was fed up with strip lashes. I used to have extensions but I stopped 1. because it was starting to get expensive since I was going to a place that required their customers to have a monthly membership 2. Covid put a halt any type of close contact services - so I ended up cancelling my membership. So during Covid, I played around with magnetic lashes and glue on - both were a hassle. So I was ready for extensions!!. So thrilled that I found Chelsea!! She knew exactly what style lash would be good for my eye shape - and she was right on!! I'm always trying to find a natural laah that opens up my eyes and Chelsea did exactly that! I love my lashes!!! read more

I got a lash lift and eyebrow wax. The lash lift was disappointing. I have short, thin lashes (just like any other Asian woman) but they're not supposed to look like this after a lash lift. I used to get my lash lifts done in San Diego before I moved here and my old lash tech did a great job - my lashes were curled and stayed curled for 6 weeks. That didn't happen here. The top pic was taken same day right after my appointment and the bottom pic was taken 1 week after. You can see my lashes are barely curled, and only 1 week later my lashes are already drooping and uncurling. Lash lifts are supposed to last 4-8 weeks. She did a great job with my eyebrow wax, but when I left the salon there were pieces of wax still stuck on my face that I didn't see until later. I'm disappointed that I spent $70 for this. Unfortunately will have to keep looking for a new lash lift tech in OC. read more

I first got my extensions with Chelsea in 2018 and have been returning to her since.. she set the bar high and no one else can compare. Chelsea is the absolute best! She is super sweet & talented. She takes her time applying your lashes and is so gentle. My extensions have lasted longer than others I've tried. Her prices are reasonable and she really enjoys what she does. She just opened up her new location. It's beautiful! Located on brookhurst in the McDonald's/Grocery Outlet complex, her salon is in the back left corner next to Grocery Outlet. read more

This review is a long time coming! I found Chel in her other studio 4 years ago. I have extremely sensitive eyes and she knew exactly what to do to make sure I could still wear lashes without the pain or itchiness. The adhesive is very important when working with sensitive eyes and she also has a special itch cream. She is truly a miracle worker! I recently did the hybrid microblading on my brows and they turned out great. She is always so helpful and available. She is reasonably priced too. She does full permanent makeup which I'm going to try permanent eyeliner and lip color next. I'm trying to go as low maintenance as possible. I highly recommend her services. Give her a try! read more

This was my first time getting lashes here (I've had lash extensions 2x in the past). I used a Groupon for "hybrid lashes" not really knowing what to expect. I told them I liked my lashes long so we decided to do 15-14mm lashes and trust the process. The process took about 2 hours and my lashes came out looking so cute!! No irritation and the lashes are very lightweight. Thank you so much Chel's Lashes! read more

I worked with Nhut Vo on a tattoo idea I wanted in honor of my father who passed earlier this year. I was likely not the easiest person to work with, but he was patient and kind to me as we worked through the planning and scheduling process. He was professional and his art is amazing. It's a very small design and I wanted it to look realistic, and he totally nailed it. Not to mention he worked fast as it was in a pretty painful area. I could not be happier with the result or his customer service. I can't recommend Nhut enough!! read more

Chels' Lashes - Volume lashes - Eyelash Service Near Me - Fountain Valley, California

I was looking for a new eyelash extension place and researched for about an hour and came across Chel's Lashes. I wanted something the same day and she was able to squeeze me in, no problem! My lashes are beautiful and she's super chill and easy to talk to. I love my lashes and her prices are so affordable which will keep me coming back to get fills on my lashes to be a consistent client. Plenty of parking where her salon is and she also offers other services I will for start getting! read more

Chels is absolutely amazing and i found them to be affordable in comparison to local competitors. She listens to what you want and honestly- they last for quite a while too. I've had them done twice, the second time for my wedding. (Some pics attached). They each lasted about 3 weeks. I received so many complements on them. For those of you getting lashes for the first time, know that it does take some time and the ability to stay extremely still for the whole time. But chels plays relaxing music and is a doll to talk to. I highly recommend giving her a try. Thanks, Chels! read more

This review has been sitting in draft mode...sorry Chelsea! Chelsea keeps me lusciously lashy! I've been going to Chelsea for my lash fix for a year now. I followed her from a salon whose pricing structure was a bit shady, but stayed because of Chelsea's meticulous work. I can't tell you how HAPPY I am she branched out on her own. She provides QUALITY service at no extra cost...no "membership fees" here. Another plus - PRIVACY! Chelsea has a private room! The previous salon she was affiliated with had her working alongside another technician - I always felt bad cuz I'd nod off and catch myself snoring, probably irritating the client who had the poor luck of being scheduled the same time as me. If you appreciate beautiful and precise work, quality products, and a comfortable environment, schedule your appointment with Chelsea. NOW. read more

I've been contemplating whether I should write this review or not because I really don't like doing that to businesses and it seems like chels does a great job from the reviews, that's why I chose to come here in the first place. I just want to make sure nobody else has the same experience I had. I made an appointment thinking it would be with her since every review was for her but when I got there it was a guy. My gut told me not to go through with it but I ignored that and got them done anyways. Everything seemed okay and they even looked good when he finished despite not being the shape that I had asked for. I was happy with them for a couple weeks but then they started hurting pretty bad, feeling sharp when I would blink like it was stabbing. This was my first experience with lash extensions but I still knew this wasn't right. I went into another lash place today to get them fixed and she said it's one of the worst jobs she's ever seen, it took over an hour to get them off and my natural lashes are completely ruined, almost all the way gone. My eyelid is swollen and cut up because he glued them on too many lashes instead of individually so as they were growing they were ripping my natural lashes out. I'm not saying don't go to chels because I don't have any experience with her but please be weary of letting the man there do it, it doesn't seem like he's certified. I definitely should've been more careful considering it's my eyes that I use to see. read more

Just had my 1st experience with eyelash extensions, and I could not be any happier ! Chelsea did an amazing job! The entire process was much more relaxing than I expected and she frequently checked in to make sure everything was ok. I had been contemplating eyelash extensions for over a year now and I wish I had done this sooner. I chose the romantic style, which came out so perfect. Volumized but not too extreme, they definitely make your eyes pop. I had to schedule my next follow up appt before I even left her office, already hooked !
