Typically, I visit on Sundays between 12pm and 3pm, but this time I visited on a Thursday at 5pm, despite their 7pm closing time. Notably, they continued to accept full services after 7:15pm. I consistently choose Jessica for my nail services and Alex for my foot care, but on this occasion, Jessica provided both services, resulting in a total cost of $115. I tipped 11%, bringing the total to $126.50. Although I was somewhat satisfied, I felt rushed when Jessica applied the color powder to my nails, only to discover she had run out and failed to inform me. This led to frustration and a request for Jenny's assistance. After returning home and showering, I discovered the gel polish on my toes had come off. I contacted the salon to request a correction and was met with a dismissive response from Jenny, who claimed Jessica was unavailable despite my prior text conversation with her. Upon my arrival, and getting the correction fixed on my toes Jenny approached me in a hostile manner, stating I was no longer welcome at the salon and should seek a different nail salon.
