We were rushed to pick out our color, the paint is all over our actual fingers and under them and the shapes of the nails are terrible. Mine are completely uneven as far as shape and actual paint. They are blochy and unevenly painted, they are thick painted near the cuticle and the nail is wavy in shape. My daughters are uneven in shape on the tips and half of them are pointed in different directions as well as paint all over her fingers. I took her back inside to get the clumps underneath the nail shaved down some and she replied with, "you need to wash your hands". She took the cuticle cutters and cut underneath 2 of them. Water wouldn't have helped the disaster she is in left with. Very unsatisfied with our rushed visit. $90 to be unpleased with our nails.

Like I said, my nails are thin, so you have to be very careful on how far you sand them down because it doesn't take much to take too much off and cause pain, also I have the added bonus of not being able to do the UV light because it causes a reaction on my cuticles causing blisters and horrible itching. No one can tell me why. Anyways, after many horrible experiences I landed here and from the start I told them all of my issues hoping I wasn't sounding like a Karen customer, but they listened to my issues took them seriously and have been taking care of me ever since. It has also built up a strong regular clientele, which probably contributes to this complacency. I tend to be pleasant and willing to enjoy a salon experience. My nails were done by a man who never introduced himself but just sat me down and began doing my acrylic fill. He was terse, uncommunicative and impatient.
