I went for same day standard bouquet arrangement. I asked for summer vibe color for my boss last day of work. I went there at 10am. The lady at the counter was very nice. She wrote all what I requested. I went back to pick up in the afternoon. The bouquet was gorgeous. Totally worth it. My boss was in love with it. read more

Because Yelp requires a star rating, I gave one star. Truthfully, they deserve minus 5 s. Their fees are outrageous especially considering their driver delivered the flowers to a completely incorrect address. They are not actually a florist. They are more like a clearing house where they send the orders out to other florists. They sent my order to a florist not even in the same area as the order was for. It went to a florist two tõend away. Basically, DO NOT waste your money with this business! read more

I stopped by Sunny Florist for the first time to get flowers for my mom's birthday. Since I wasn't sure what I wanted, I looked at some of their pickup orders they had ready for inspiration. They put together a lovely arrangement for me, and I was really happy with how it turned out. The flowers were fresh, nicely wrapped, and even the bag looked great. They lasted a couple of weeks. I'll definitely be back for future special occasions. The prices are a bit high, but worth it for something special. read more

I'm not sure where to begin with this but here goes. In summary one of my best friends rented a house for him and his wife to go to for the weekend of valentines day, my girlfriend and I were invited to join. After we arrived he told me that he had arranged for flowers to be delivered on Valentines day for both his wife and my girlfriend. He said the website told him that if he ordered in the next few hours that his delivery was "guaranteed" to be on time. Well, as you can imagine we were expecting the delivery on Saturday 2/14 when he gets a notification that due to high volume of orders, his delivery will be delayed until 2/15. February 15th comes and still no delivery, it was not until later in the day he got a similar message about the delayed delivery. It wasn't until Monday (the day before we were leaving) at 4:00pm that the delivery came. But wait, there's more. The delivery was not even close to what he ordered. Both bouquets were wrong, there were no chocolates and no balloons. At this point I felt bad for him and so I called Sunny Flowers customer service on his behalf. I explained what happened, the representative tried to tell me that she could have them come back with chocolates but wasn't sure when they would be there. I simply explained that I would like to request a refund for the chocolates and that they be delivered, the agent then continued to offer to have the chocolates delivered, or to have the chocolates refunded along with 10.00 but not have them delivered. It was then that I indicated that I felt that the entire order should be refunded as it was not even the correct order. I then asked if I could speak to a manager, she told me I would receive a call back from a manager within 24-48 hours and as you can imagine I did not. Please do not use this organization for any of your needs or special occasions. read more

I was in a pinch for peonies and Sunny Florists came through for me! I was able to place my order at 1:35 p.m. EDT and had a bouquet delivered in all its elegance and beauty by 2:29 p.m. To be fair, we're fairly close to the shop, but still, phenomenal same-day turnaround! Very pleased with my experience and highly recommend this store; great price, great selection, and great service! read more

I used to walk past Sunny Florist and always liked their vibes. They frequently displayed plants and flowers outside on the sidewalk. The inside is small and more of a floral workshop than a shopping space. I once stopped in and got Baby's Breath flowers for a great price. They made a fresh and pretty display for company. Later, I ordered flowers online (florist's choice) for same day delivery. I ordered them in a vase, and they were lovely! The next month, I ordered the and thing except without a vase. This time, the flowers were even prettier and more fragrant! The flowers have always been delivered in a timely manner and with my note and have been big winners! read more

Incredible flowers delivered today. Gorgeous sunflowers, huge bouquet. Delivered at first to wrong address (MY mistake), then driver back- tracked, got flowers from first address, and delivered them to our daughter. I'm so happy we supported this local business! Lack of professionalism and communication. I would like to give it a 0 star if Yelp has the option. My fiancé ordered the "Deluxe Handtied Dozen Rose Bouquet" with red wrapping paper (based on the image), yet we received a total different color wrapping paper. The seller did not inform us about the change of color wrapping paper. Tried contacting the seller by WeChat and calling the store multiple times but the seller ignored us and we never heard back from them. We have been a loyal customer for the past few years but your lack of professionalism and communication has deeply disappointed us and we will never do business with you again. read more

A few things to say about this place. I ordered same day delivery flowers at 12:30 in the afternoon on a Monday and not only did they get there the same day, but four hours later before my girlfriend even got home from work. They look beautiful and the quality was worth the price for sure. They also send you a picture of what they put together in an email before they send it out, I thought that was a nice touch. Couldn't be happier thank you!! read more

SUNNY florist went over and beyond to help me. I happen to be out of country currently and I needed to order some flowers for a very special birthday. I contacted them through this page and then by phone. Even though out of season they searched and found the specific flowers that I wanted (considering we are in the middle of a pandemic),in a very short notice. And then they made a beautiful arrangement and delivered it for me. I got a very personal service from Sunny, and will definitely use them in the future. Very helpful and caring, many thanks. This is a review for an online order! I placed a succulent planter order for a birthday delivery from Washington state so you can imagine the anxiousness that came with this order. Thankfully, *Emma* at Sunny Florists was super accommodating and assisted me through this whole process. As the planter I ordered was out of stock, she sent me photos of the planters they had in stock and fulfilled all of my requests from sending photos of the planters individually in the sunlight to what the product would look like after the plant has been potted. Emma was professional and patient over text and deserves a raise for her customer service! read more

Not living in the Boston area, I chose Sunny Florists because of their great Yelp reviews. I used their easy website page to review my options at different price points. I chose a small fresh floral arrangement to be delivered to my daughter who lives in Southie. Within an hour, I received a considerate email which explained that they needed to substitute one of the flowers from the website photo for something similar. Shortly after that, I received a photo of the completed arrangement - beautiful! Just as pretty as the advertised photo. And within 3 hours of ordering - they delivered the arrangement to my daughter - who loved it! It was the pick-me up she desperately needed that day! What an overall easy, professional and positive experience. I will definitely use Sunny Florists again! Not living in the Boston area, I chose Sunny Florists because of their great Yelp reviews. I was looking for a wedding bouquet and boutonnière for a friend who's getting married during the COVID-19. I was clueless about what type of flowers to get and how big of the size should be since it's a very intimate outdoor wedding. I called Sunny and she was so patient to walk me through the flowers, the size and the pick up arrangement. I ended up getting a small size red roses bouquet ($65) with a matching boutonnière ($18). Love both and the bride loved it. Thanks Sunny for making the wedding so special. read more

I just picked up my bouquet from Sunny's florist for Thanksgiving and true to form, they are just gorgeous. While I called them to tell them what I want, they made exactly what I described. They are so dependable and creative. I have bought flowers from them in the past, and they have lovely little different vases and containers from which to choose. If you are looking for something a little different, this is a good place to look. I always find what I want there and not only is their pricing is fair they do a beautiful job. read more

Just want everyone to know that reads this. I give good reviews and am fair. This business owner claims they investigated my bouquet which they did not. I didn't even have half of the 25 roses they claim to have charged me for and it was not the budget that mattered... it was simply not what I ordered and more importantly they could not make things right on the day that matters to the one I love (Valentine's Day) when the purchase was made. They completely lost me as a customer, as I wrote a year ago "one and done" or "fool me once" so to speak... Make sure you get exactly what you ordered, they conveniently packaged it in a large amount of tissue paper, as to cover the "surprise" (not what was ordered) apparently. Plenty of better options out there with in walking distance. read more

Sunny Florists - Not 25 roses, this is the bouquet. Pretty, but not $225 + - Florists Near Me - Boston, Massachusetts

I used this florist for a wedding, they were very nice and responsive. I asked for a quote based on example photos, and paid the invoice, I don't feel that I got what I ordered. Usually my thought is that flowers will be beautiful no matter what, unless wilting. The bouquet was much more simple and plain!!! More roses than anything and we were not happy. We did not ask for a rose bouquet. I didn't negotiate the price or ask to simplify in any way! I don't know why they didn't offer a sample and why did not let me know that they couldn't come close to the example I provided! I was sent a sample of the centerpiece and I assumed the bouquet would be similar but it was not. It sad since it such an important day. Some flowers were partly wilting. read more

I have to say sunny blew me away, she was easy to work and communicate with. I gave her a sense of my style for the wedding with colors and pictures I took off Pinterest, without really any specific flowers for my bouquet, and her results were outstanding. She gave my (pretty large open ) venue a beautiful minimalist but regal feel. I absolutely will be coming back as a customer and referring!!! And the price was absolutely reasonable. It was absolutely well done. read more

I live on the West Coast and I ordered a beautiful winter flower arrangement for my friends that live in Boston. I was very impressed with the selection, pricing, and the customer service. Before they delivered the flowers, I received an email with a photo of the finished arrangement in their shop, prior to delivery. Amazing idea- I have never seen any other flower delivery service do this! Upon delivery, they texted a photo of the package on the front porch to my friend, the recipient. This holiday season, I have been ordering a lot of flowers for my family and friends in various states and this is by far the best customer service. It was nice to actually SEE a photo what I was paying for and what my family would receive. It looked just like the photo on the order page. My friends loved the bouquet and are very happy with it. I would definitely recommend ordering from this company. read more

Ordered from Sunny via Bloom Nation for Mother's Day. The flowers were beautifully arranged and delivered carefully (and safely)!

I ordered a flower arrangement 2 days before Valentine's day to be delivered that afternoon. My order was confirmed two days before. They ran out of flowers and closed early and notified me WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED that they were cancelling my order. They were then unreachable because they closed early. Very unprofessional. I'm sure people came into the shop to buy flowers that day and they didn't even prioritize orders placed several days before. Didn't even have the decency to cancel my order early so I could make other plans. So I ended up without any flowers on Valentine's day. read more

I worked with Sunny as my wedding florist and I am so happy with everything she created!! I had no clue what I wanted but Sunny was able to take the ideas I had and make them into a reality. Disclaimer: This review is regarding Sunny Florists as a wedding vendor. (The store itself seemed nice and functional if you just needed to pick up some flowers.) In my entire wedding planning process, my interactions with Sunny Florists was undeniably the most frustrating experience of all. Needless to say, I did not choose them to be my wedding florist. While researching for a wedding florist, I contacted a dozen or so florists, sending them some details about the wedding, a handful of images on Pinterest of centerpieces and bouquets I was drawn to, and a list of flowers I liked. Everyone except for Sunny, was able to provide me with a rough quote via email. Sunny insisted that I come into the store, where I assumed she had books or hard copy portfolios of images she wanted me to flip through before giving me a quote. So even though my fiancé and I both did not have a lot of availability in our schedule, we carved out time with expectations of a productive meeting. When we sat down with her, she had no images for us to flip through, but rather a form for us to fill out, much of it being information I had provided her. The most absurd part was, she wanted me to detail exactly how many individual stems of each flower I would require. Clearly, I am not a florist, which is why I am seeking out a professional and I explained (first kindly and then a little more frustratedly when the conversation was not going anywhere) that I was hoping that she, as a professional florist, could take the inspiration images and list of preferred flowers I shared with her, and create a vision for me! But she did not see eye to eye with me on this and would not provide me any sort of quote until I filled out her form and returned for a second visit. At some point in our meeting with her, she completely stopped talking to me and would only address my fiancé--probably because she could see how frustrated I was, but it still felt incredibly rude. Luckily for me, in this past year of wedding planning, this was my only less-than-sunny experience with a vendor and it was fairly short-lived. read more
