I paid for the repair, but within two days, the same issue returned. When I brought it back, he claimed the previous parts were fine and now said I needed *more* parts--charging me a second time for labor, even though I had already paid once. He argued that he had reinstalled my old parts, which only made the issue worse. I now have *more* problems with my car than when I first went in. This feels like negligence at best and exploitation at worst. I'm currently exploring legal options for this unacceptable treatment. Be cautious and consider going somewhere else if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

We were stuck at Seneca Creek State Park around 15 min away from Executive Automotive Service when…read moreour car would not start. It was a hot Sunday afternoon and most auto shops were closed and this place was listed as open on Google. We called and the man on the phone (I believe Bill the manager) was the most helpful and able to help us fix our problem remotely. We had thought we needed to get a tow truck into the state park, but with the Park Rangers help in detecting the missing component that prevented our car from starting and creating a makeshift solution and Executive Automobile Services verbal guidance, we were able to drive home from the park!! Executive Automobile Service was able to explain to us over the phone that it must have fallen out in the car and encouraged us to keep looking for the piece. They even offered to come over to the park so that they could lift the car up to locate it to us. We told them we would keep trying to look for it and ultimately did find the piece hidden inside our hood. We felt like we had a dream team between Executive Automobile Service and the Seneca Creek Park Ranger . As other mentioned, this is a business of integrity, professionalism, and high caliber of expertise as demonstrated by being able to walk us through the explanation of the how integral it was to find the missing part once we defined the problem to them. Although we never met in person, they saved us from a wasted tow trip to their shop which I suspect other shops would have recommended us do. If we had not found the piece, they told us that we would have to order it anyways and to just keep the car at home. James later explained he had been drinking heavily the night before and had failed to bring the necessary parts. At that point I requested a refund before any work was performed, but was repeatedly pressured to continue. The promised performance gains were never delivered. The only noticeable change was an artificial sound added to the vehicle, and the vehicle's performance did not improve anywhere close to what was represented. I later learned that the tune was not actually being created by the person who represented himself as the tuner. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue and reminders of the refund promise, I was ultimately told "Sorry, no refunds." Based on my experience, I believe the service was misrepresented and the promised results were not delivered. I am still requesting a full refund.

I bought a 2014 Shelby GT 500 about 6 months ago and for the first month it rode like a true Beast…read morebut then I started having issues and went to 2 other places that sold me this part and that part and the check engine light just kept coming on so I took it to the Ford dealership and they replaced the PCM, Powertrain control module then it was ok on the drive home from G burg but the next day the check engine light and the Do not drive yellow wrench lit up so I had it towed back to the dealer who if they looked hard enough on their own they would've noticed oversized fuel injectors and adjusted the PCM accordingly. I even sent them a screenshot of every hi performance part on the car and they also knew I had a tune on the car but my bad as I should've gone to this business first as it would've been fixed the first time and I would've saved a S load of money. Right when I pulled into RSPDMV and told the owner Jimmy about the new PCM and popped the hood he knew exactly and I mean EXACTLY what the issue was and recalibrated my PCM and installed a newer better tune. He just pulled out his laptop and plugged it into my car and after about an hour my Shelby was humming like the Beast she is!!! These are top notch mechanics and computer wizards and EXACTLY the type of people us non mechanics need to know so we don't get jerked around and the work is done right the first time! I definitely will be bringing all my vehicles here to be serviced and I just wish I had found them earlier Thank you Jimmy and all your crew for a job well done and for bringing my stress level down to zero!
