I've wanted to get a new fence for so long, but I was afraid it would be too expensive since the hedges would have to be removed first. We brought ARC in to help us develop a strategy to mitigate moisture intrusion into our garage and improve overall drainage around the property. The scope included tying our downspouts directly into new drains, excavating four feet of soil from a planter opposite the garage wall and waterproofing it, and improving site drainage throughout. In addition, they installed new irrigation valves and valve boxes, drip irrigation, and a Rachio controller. They also finished the project with weed fabric and decorative rock, which really cleaned up the look of the space. ARC was easy to work with, responsive to requested changes, and professional throughout the process. While the long-term moisture performance will take more time to fully evaluate, we appreciate their effort and would absolutely consider working with them again for future landscaping projects.

Natural Aspect Gardenscape just completed our makeover for the front yard. All the bermuda grass…read morewas removed, and replaced with California native drought-tolerant plants and a drip irrigation system to conserve water. We specifically asked for plants that support bees, hummingbirds, and other pollinators. Weed-blocking mulch was used to replace the grass. The plants were installed with chicken wire to discourage gophers. A slab walkway was installed on a base of decomposed granite. They also installed a new vinyl gate to replace the old wooden gate. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price! The owner, Travis Smith, has a great eye for design. We are so very pleased with our new front yard and we would highly recommend them to anyone. (two years later) We were having some trouble with the drip irrigation, plants were starting to die off. Travis was working on our neighbor's new backyard landscape, and he noticed our problem. He came over and asked if he could help. He found the problem was some of the wiring had been disturbed by someone I had hired to maintain the front yard. Several of the irrigation lines had also been damaged. He took the time to repair everything, check that the system was working properly, and even replaced one of the plants. All of this at no charge! Fantastic!
