Some of the shelves don't fit, we had a few that were warped…read more Ask for replacements, they cut out new shelves gave us the wrong ones, then I finally got the correct one, but they had frayed ends, looked like they used a dull blade to cut them. Putting in another shelf, that does not fit, it's too tight, along with holes that don't align for the shelf hardware had another one that looks like it was cut wrong. A drawer is already off its track, probably worse than that one of the medal tracks is stuck and not attached to the drawer. By they way I've only had these in for a for a couple of weeks. Apparently, these are custom order cabinets... I'm worried how long these will last over the years. I would think twice before ordering from them, quality control is lacking.

He was also very thoughtful in a sense that he tried to correct my kitchen design to make it as safe as possible knowing that we have a little baby around the house. The quality of the cabinets is top notch superb. No damage during the receiving process. The fitment was outstanding. Our contractor was able to install everything with ease. Everything came out to be a perfect tight fit with no gap or sagging issues. We were very happy to have settled with the European style cabinets as they are a lot more customizable and easily modifiable to fit one's needs. Not to mention they also look much more aesthetically pleasing to the eyes especially with the walnut laminate panels. The sleek flat-faced look really adds to the simplicity and complements the rest of the kitchen theme of keeping it as minimalistic and modern as possible.

We were very happy with the final result and the quality of their products. What has impressed us even more is their customer service after installation. We had a mechanical issue with one of the cabinets, and they responded quickly and took care of it by providing a full replacement at no charge. More recently, we accidentally spilled coffee and one of the cabinet doors was soaked and damaged. Since the damage was our own fault and the cabinet was already outside the warranty period, we contacted Kitchen & Bath Makers expecting to purchase a replacement door and simply asked them for a quote. To our surprise, they offered to provide the replacement door free of charge. It is easy to find a company that provides good service while they are trying to win your business. It is much harder to find a company that continues to take care of its customers years after the project is completed and even after the warranty has expired. She explains everything in detail and with great patience. We were mostly focused on bathroom vanity and she explained a variety of options for how to mix and match the countertop with vanities since we were looking for a not standard size. Filler, bullnose, toe-kick, prefab, all these foreign terms became easy to understand after Terry's explanations. They carry mostly factory made inventory, so if you want a standard size item, Granite Expo is not a bad choice. Bathroom is clean with plastic seat cover, free coffee machine and a good size showroom for kitchen and bath. We ended up buying a vanity and since we picked up the same day, we got the month discount. Everything was up to satisfactory, but the item we bought did not come with warranty. Terry warned us to examine the product carefully before acceptance and to their credits, the delivery team brought 2 items for us to choose since the first one had some color stain. They carry American made brands and European brands, so the vanity has the American shaker style as well as the European flat panel styles.

Sandy is a gem. She knows her stuff, her products, what can be done and what can be a problem. We purchased cabinets, countertops, sinks, drawer pulls and door handles from Cypress. Everything looks lovely. One sink arrived damaged and Sandy put in a rush order to get a new sink Sandy designed the kitchen layout and it is great. We have a lot more space to put things now. We had two blind corners and Sandy put a lazy Susan cabinet in one and a magic box in the other. Now we have access to cabinet space that we hadn't had in over 40 years. Sandy also noticed some problems with the cabinet finishes and worked with the stainers to get the issue resolved. She even delivered the redone items herself. One thing that is great about Sandy is her willingness to work with you to find what you want, not what is on the sales floor. And she never pushes to make a sale. She will present options, but if they aren't for you, she just moves on. We appreciated Sandy keeping us informed about how things are going. If we had a question, a text would be answered promptly. She even answered us when she was on vacation in Hawaii! Cypress is a great store. Take some time to look around. It has lots of nooks and crannies that have interesting items. It has modern stuff, and things that are more traditional. We were very happy choosing Cypress and working with Sandy.

We were recommended by another company to come here and I can see why. Homer was really patient with me and spent a lot of time with my husband and I in trying to find the right flooring. On top of that, Homer answered my concerns and questions via email too. He is just wonderful! My only advice is to not ever get Mohawk tecwood, natural linen oak. It's my fault. I tried to research and I picked it. Homer tried to steer us to better quality to hold up for everyday use, but I was dead set on this. I should have listened. He was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately, our experience with Shawn on the windows and doors side was the complete opposite. He often came across as condescending, seemed distracted and in a rush, and follow-up was poor. Customer service and communication were disappointing, and we were left wondering why someone with that attitude is in a customer-facing role. Based on my experience, I would happily recommend Homer for flooring, but I cannot say the same for the windows and doors department.
