He was great to work with throughout the whole process; some highlights: * Attention to Detail - Kay made sure we were happy with every detail of the build before moving on from design. He went back and forth with us and generated new renders for even minor changes to make sure we were 100% happy. * Moved Fast - Kay was always extremely responsive over email and when he needed to come by in person he would often come by the same day (and was very generous in the windows of availability he gave us). * Quality Sub-Contractors - All the sub-contractors Kay involved, from installation to painting, were as great to work with as he was. * Accommodated Our Asks - We had a few non-standard asks in the design but Kay went above and beyond to accommodate them.
