Epoxy Renovation - 40 year old - 3 car garage- now smooth like glass ! - Flooring Near Me

The team did a great job! They were quick to schedule a review of the job, they communicated well and consistently, and they stuck to the scheduled timeline. I got a report with pictures at the end of each day. I am very happy with the finished product. Best value from a small local team! read more

Very responsive and respectful. We had a small misunderstanding on pricing when the install team got there, but they made it right. The install team was respectful hard working and the final product came out great! read more

The epoxy service was great! I was quoted a very fair price and the flakes and polyaspartic epoxy coating that they use by Versatile High-Performance Coatings are very high quality and commercial grade. Mr. Burga applies a lot of attention to details when working with your household furniture, washer, dryer, ensuring they are not damaged. He and his co-workers are very thorough in the preparation process grinding, cleaning, and filling the cracks in the floor. He applies two layers, a base coat and a topcoat with the flakes in between. He definitely does not skim on the flakes, he is very generous, which makes the floors look very filled. I am very satisfied and happy with the results and the floor looks great and durable! BUT... I recently tried contacting him afterwards for an invoice a few times, he did answer via text and phone once or twice and said he will send it over but never did. I checked my emails, spam, junk, etc. I received nothing. I asked again a few times via text for the invoice and the quote for driveway crack repair that I requested when he was on site, still received no response. Eventually, I tried calling a few times and now it just rings to voicemail. He does promise a warranty, but if I cannot reach him or get a hold of him, or have any type of receipt, then how can I ever claim it? I just hope I never have to I guess. The workmanship is excellent! And his customer service on site is great! But the after support is just as important! I will update my review if he reaches out. read more

We had Jimmy did epoxy coating for garage back in July 2024. He verbally promised and also wrote on the paid invoice that he will come back for the repair if there is cracking within 3 years. I informed him via text (12/5/25) for the cracking but did not reply at all! He used to reply very fast before and during the transaction. I read other reviews and would like to verify he does not smell doing any drug. His lovely wife was a good assistant. The epoxy material he used looks commercial grade, not the home depot quality. If your garage has no crack, then having him to do the job is a good choice. For me, there were crack (garage is extended so the crack is between new and old concrete) and it took him work grinding up until smooth (not smooth enough). This epoxy crack is due to insufficient grinding. It looks fine when the job is done but the bump shows up in a few months. When I texted him at 510-598-9792 (original # he used to communicate with me), no replied. After I posted the review and he said he changed his # to 510-387-4527. Please see the updated review below. updated: 1/21 Jimmy came to do the fix. came daily except Sunday and finished on 1/26/2026 (total 5 days/times process). It was dusty when grinding off the old/damage epoxy. This time he applied water barrier epoxy to fill the gap. He was a lot more detailed for the repair, really taking his time, at first he said it was like a 2 days job but turned into 5 days. I expect no repair needed if the job is done right at the first time. Repair brings inconvenience to both home owners and Jimmy. I extended my garage both front and back. I am ok just have him do the front with high car traffic area. The back end still bump up but I don't want more grinding and dust in my garage. In Conclusion, this is small family business and I hope Jimmy would still get jobs but hope he does the job more carefully and no repair needed. Given his price is lower than others, I will still choose him all over again despite all the inconvenience. Tips: please ask him to give you paid invoice in case repair is needed in the future. read more

We had a few quotes when looking to epoxy our garage and due to the amazing communication we got from Epoxy Renovation, we decided to go with them- and we are so happy that we did. They did an amazing job and for a very reasonable price- working hard and efficiently to get our garage looking amazing. Our garage floor had cracks in it and they spent the time to fill them all up as well as grind down the sides of our garage for a smooth finish before laying down the epoxy. Its a LOT of work (tough work at that) but they did it efficiently . Everything looks great and friends and family were all impressed with the outcome. Please don't hesitate to hire Epoxy Renovation- you won't be disappointed! read more

Very happy to find this company. Local young men that came right out the day I called and gave a decent detailed quote. Very reasonable! Jimmy and his right hand Joan came out as advertised and did way beyond what other companies would not do. Quality of workmanship is excellent. Jimmy is truly the best contractor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He is professional, very skilled at his job, and truly an amazing person all around. I shopped around for a few quotes and Jimmy gave me the best price. But the main reasons I chose Jimmy were because he had explained the whole process thoroughly to me, gave me many different great options for the flooring, and the pictures of his work looked very nice. Throughout the project, he was very helpful in all aspects of the project. I had many questions, and he addressed every one of them with detail and courtesy. He was always on schedule and timely. My biggest worry was that my family has a very small one-car garage but a dream to fit a van inside it. We asked if he could please help us cut a piece of the landing from my garage to my house so that a van could drive in far enough to fit inside our small garage. It was a big ask, and I really didn't think he would be able to help me, but he did! And not only did he helped me cut a piece off of the landing, he did a spectacular job at it too! The new step looked perfect. We paid a little extra, but it was extremely worth it and we are just so grateful to Jimmy for helping us make the garage work for a family van! Next, Jimmy did the garage flooring, which was incredibly fast! Jimmy finished the flooring in just 2 days. The garage floor looked simply stunning. My husband and I absolutely loved his work. The sides and every detail of the garage flooring looked impeccable. So I write this review because I want to thank Jimmy very much for all his hard work and for making our small garage beautiful and big enough to finally park our family van inside. And I hope that more people would give Jimmy a chance to transform their garage into a beautiful space that you can't help but admire every time you step in it! read more

Epoxy Renovation - Just finished! Awaiting for garage floor to cure before parking any car. - Flooring Near Me

I recently had my garage floor done with a epoxy/polyaspartic coating with full flake coverage, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! From start to finish, the team was absolutely fantastic. The customer service was top-notch--friendly, professional, and always willing to answer my questions with patience and expertise. They took the time to explain the process, ensuring I felt confident in their work. The pricing was incredibly competitive, offering great value for the high-quality materials and craftsmanship. There were no hidden fees, and everything was transparent from the initial quote to the final invoice. Communication was seamless; they kept me updated at every step, from scheduling to completion, and finished the job right on time. The finished floor looks stunning--durable, sleek, and exactly what I envisioned. I went on Toriginol's website (the flake provider) and created my own custom blend of flakes (colors, and flake sizes) and Jimmy was able to get it ordered for me. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the polyaspartic coating is clearly built to last. I'm beyond thrilled with the results and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a flawless garage floor upgrade. Five stars all the way! read more

Jimmy was quick to respond to my request and very accommodating when scheduling. We got 3 other quotes and he came in fair priced compared to the others. I based who we chose mainly off reviews. We ended up going with a moisture barrier which extended the time of the project from 2 to 3 days. We chose Tuxedo color flakes. We love our new floor and can't believe we waited so long to get this project done! We will for sure recommend to all our friends interested. Thanks again! read more
