I started Physical Therapy twice weekly at McKee Therapy Specialists for range-of-motion, strength and mobility last November (on crutches). Both Chaz and Conor have treated me over the course of over 6 months now. It's been slow and steady progress, but they've given me professional and emotional support every step of the way. There have been days that I've broken down in despair, and yet always found them to be patient, understanding and encouraging. They work with you to make the experience as comfortable/relaxing (and dare I say "fun") as possible. They're the most caring, kind, compassionate staff that I've *ever* encountered in a HealthCare setting. I only wish I'd have known about them sooner. You can see how much the patients love Conor and Chaz -- and for good reason. Highly recommend them for any/all physical therapy needs. I've observed them to be especially good with younger, pediatric patients. Scheduling is spaced out nicely -- never overcrowded. You do not feel like a "number" here. He just called me tonight to make sure I was doing ok. How many surgeons give a patient their cell number? Unfortunately, he has shown a huge decline in his performance and would seek elsewhere for surgery, moving forward. I've lost trust in him as a surgeon. After seeing that he has had 3 arrests since January 2021, and 2 of them are DUI's, it's very concerning! Evidently, he was convicted of his last DUI in August 2025, with property damage. I would NEVER be able trust this surgeon to operate on me again, after seeing his mugshot online. I would be hard-pressed to have him come near me, if he was drunk or hungover, while holding a scalpel in his hand. I was devastated to see a once reputable surgeon fall of the wagon. Stay clear!

I had platelet injection and stimulation to address a 20+ year old tear in my shoulder. I had dealt…read morewith this since injuring it playing "Competitive" flag football and behaving like a total idiot by treating it through ibuprofen and ignoring the pain. PT got it better briefly, but I reinjured it and then just decided my career as a QB was over. 2 decades later, the shoulder continued to cause pain but now the pain was interrupting my sleep. I had previous experience with Ozone treatment for my neck so alternative treatments were always in scope for me so when I fell down the YouTube rabbit hole and found Regenexx I inquired. The diagnosis was clear as was the size of my tear, 5mm. That meant platelets were the preferred approach with bone stimulation (might have the wrong name there). I am happy to say that post procedure, I have more range of motion, strength and better sleep. In my training, the move I could not perform that pushed me to book was a kayak rowing like move with a device called a Tidal Tank. My right arm simply could not make the motion. I am happy to say that post procedure I can not only make the motion, but I am escalating in weight in that motion as I continue to address the impact of 20 years where my shoulders rolled forward to compensate for the injury. Dr. Pappas and his staff were always professional and helpful. The facility is spotless, and I recommend them without reservation.
