Shouldn't they already have the same information and documentation from my first visit? Month seven we asked for a self pay price. They never responded to our message. Exhausted from this experience with them. They accepted my money for consultation and failed to follow through. Nobody knew "what was going on" and just that "insurance is processing." That wasn't the truth. I went to another Vascular Surgeon and I received the same treatment completion within 3 weeks and insurance paid for my procedure in full.

CVS said they sent it 3 times and showed it went through successfully. I called back to the Dr's office again and they said they didn't have anything from CVS for me. Really?!?! Forget it. I guess I don't need the meds as much as I thought, so I also won't need that follow up visit in 1 year either. Find competent staff or you're going to keep losing patients.

Dr. Paul Arnold never scheduled this surgery. There was always an excuse. When my father was diagnosed terminal - sorry nothing more I can do for you- my dad told us he was given false hope from the one person he thought would give him more years to live, that he trusted to care for him. The billing department has both people out now so I can't even talk to anyone about the issue. Now, while waiting for one of them to get back in the office... I just received another email saying my payment is due. Be very careful with billing this practice has issues with it.

And then I ended up getting poked four times every single time. I was admitted two weeks ago for kidney stones. And anyone that's had that nose it's hell. The nurses were very very sweet as well as the cafeteria staff that came in personally delivered the food every meal. The doctors were very nice. I have nothing bad to say about them. I will say that the menu leaves much to be desired. When I was hospitalised 10 years ago, it was definitely a lot better. It was more gourmet style. I do wish they would make more options for vegetarians. Or at least make the meat meals with a NON MEAT OPTION. I know they are prepackaged but still.

With her in the exam room was a medical student and assistant. This has been her custom for the last 7 years, with the patient's permission. I believe that what she does is important for medical students to see and hear. I have always agreed to have them in the room with us. Today's appointment went well. No new concerns, and old concerns were addressed and advice given. Her staff members are also pleasant and efficient - from check in to exam room to check out. I will continue to come here as long as she is practicing dermatology! To me, she is the best!

At the hospital the staff was moving me into a recliner chair and forgot to lock the casters and the chair slid out from under me and I hit the hard tile floor. The biometric hip has failed just 6 years after replacement. It has caused mettallosis for which I am being treated & soon will have the replacement removed and a revision performed. Don't put yourself thru this. Do lots of research on the doctor find out what product they plan on using and read everything you can find on the Internet about the hip replacement. Check for recalls and also the failure rate. I wish I had checked
