From the beginning Dr. Venezia has been patient and extremely informative in explaining my condition and the and risks associated with each of the surgical options he presented to me. I expected the worst possible outcome and I am pleased to say Dr. Venezia provided me with the best possible outcome that I could possibly experience.From talking with friends that had similar surgeries I was prepared mentally that I would be in significant pain and discomfort and other than dealing with muscle spasms and a sore throat each of which Dr. Venezia warned me about (and provided meds for) I've been feeling and doing great!!! Doctor Mark Torke is a horrible doctor…read more He had 0 bedsides manners, and when he came in the room, he made me feel stupid. Like I was in an interrogation. I am 18 with severe shoulder issues. I came in the room confident and ready to get things fixed. As soon as he came in the room, he flustered me. I was shocked by the way he was acting. He said there was nothing wrong with me, and I should be exercising. The list of backhanded comments he gave me was plentiful. When I told him I physically could not without pain, he said "I don't care." Such a salty old man. He then forgot to discharge me, and I was stuck in the room he humiliated me in for 30 mins. Such a horrible experience. This isn't a post made out of anger for my results, he simply is the worst doctor I've ever been to, and he is the only one on that list! Never come here unless you want a doctor only coming for a paycheck and not your health!

I have been to many doctors who rush you out of the office but he took his time & explained what he thought he could do for me in a calm voice. Some doctor you don't want to go back to because of how they treat you. He gave me a shot to see if it would help & i made a follow up viisit along with an appointment for my hip. His staff is amazing, i have to include them because of the treatment they gave me. The office is clean with a beautiful view of the planes taking off.. Usually i hate going to doctors but Dr Katz & his staff, Jessica,Megan & Sandy were so nice that i look forward to seeing them instead of dreading walking into their door. I also had so many things going on that made my illness a bit complicated. Dr. Moreno immediately began with my back to rule out a fracture. Then he assured me that he will do his utmost best to help me with my pain management. I am looking forward to my visit with him in his office next week to begin what I hope will be experiencing a whole new painless if not pain free life. However, I now have a significant, painful, and disturbing side effect caused by the treatments. I am now seeking medical advice to alleviate the discomforting, chronic side effects. I don't like to leave a negative review, but I think it is important to share the treatment experiences of different patients. I hope that if someone does decide to go to TSC, they will receive better care. However, I would definitely not recommend them to any of my friends or family.

I recently posted a review how disappointed I was i went here was recommended from a friend who got…read moretreatment and said she felt better I've had several surgeries in the last 10 years I literally had to retire from my job because I couldn't take the pain so I called didn't get a call back I called again and got a call back after three days got an appointment and went in for the consultation I was sent to get an MRI for my lower backthe MRI showed compressed disc the scheduled to get shots on my back i called my insurance to verify that the procedure was covered this is a couple days from my visitmy insurance said they haven't received a request I called the office and they said they had issues with getting in contact with my insurance the day of the procedure they canceled the procedure mind you I'm in major pain .now I'm waiting get a call and the scheduled an appointment for the next day because of not having someone to take me i couldn't i never got another call to explain because of this i searched for another pain management I only want to be able to be somewhat comfortablewith the issues .I would not recommend this location to anyone .Funny part is when I canceled and said I was going to go somewhere else they didn't even asked why .
