He is experienced, knowledgeable and extremely competent - actually cared about helping me find a solution to reduce my back pain. He referred me to a surgeon to stabilize one area and scheduled an epidural after surgical recovery for another area of my spine. During this 7 month period he also helped me lose 50 pounds! Something I had been unsuccessful at doing for 20 years and dozens of diets including 3 day fasts. Again he immediately diagnosed a metabolism problem and prescribed medication (a pill) that works wonders. I've tried everything to relieve my back pain and lose weight for 20 years. He was not a very "friendly" man, did fill my prescriptions, but said to me one day...what would you do if there were a hurricane and you could not get your pain medication (pills)? He made me feel like he did not even like women...was just plain RUDE. As for those steroid injections...they never helped me. I usually was having a panic attack thinking about receiving them (invasive) and after my last one where the anesthesiologist hit my nerve and I nearly jumped off the table, I have refused to get them anymore. I would imagine the REASON WHY this particular Dr. wanted ONLY to do them was for the $$ he would get. It's all about the money and not what helps you. My steroid injections were at NPI, but the same thing applies here. After you have been on minimal pain management...you are the only one that can make that decision.

They take your message and tell you they will send an email to the New port Richey office that I want and someone will call back in 24-48 hours later. I have Never yet to have a call returned. Last week I had a follow up appointment with the nurse practitioner, Theresa Gabriel and she said she would send a prescription to my pharmacy. Two days later I called my pharmacy and they told me they never received the RX order from my provider. I knew better than to waste my time calling because I knew they would never call me back. It was a Friday and I only had one day left of my medication, so I decided to drive down there and resolve this in person. The rude ice queen at the desk said, "Ok, I sent your provider an email". More than several hours later, it's after 5pm, and the office is closed for the day. I just called my pharmacy and still my provider didn't bother to call in my prescription. This is poor patient care. A few appointments prior, a ver upset man was at the front desk telling the receptionist that he had called 14 times and nobody returned his call. This poor man never received an apology from the receptionist. This office is not there for their patients and that's just not acceptable. Oh, it was explained to me that I need to understood that they were a very large "corporation". What I do understand is that I am a number, not a patient with needs. I have tried hard to keep my patience with all this, but I need move on.

I was there about an hour and half. I left feeling great and that it was money well spent. So much so, I booked 2 more of the same treatments, each 2 weeks apart but on a Friday at 5:00 pm. I show up for the 2nd appointment at 4:55 pm and she was still with the previous client. So I waited 20 mins for my session to begin. Again, no biggie. This time however my treatment only lasted an hour total and she really only messaged the left side of my back. I had to ask for the right side, which she did and then moved right into the cranial release. Once done, I paid (for the full hour, full body message and cranial release) and was back in my car an hour after my appointment started. My body felt good, but I felt like I was imposing on her for taking the appointment time she offered! I canceled the 3rd appointment and won't be back.
