My reviews won't change much except for the location. This shop in Jasper, AB and is pretty much the same as the Tim Hortons by me, except for size, and seating in New York. They are on a man street with a bus stop right in front of the store. Very convenient. Usually every time I have walked into or visited a Tim Hortons I am greeted well and served quickly. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I drink my coffee black so any backup by the sugar and other add-ons doesn't usually affect me, and I see this type of slow down no matter where the coffee comes from. Their food was fresh and I assume they get it delivered or created multiple times during the day. There is nothing worse than eating an old donut, bagel or muffin. Kudos to this team for keeping their location up to the standards of the other "Tim Horton " locations, and keeping the line flowing so well.

We visited this restaurant for coffee in the morning and, although we didn't enjoy the coffee, the ambiance was great. Intrigued by the interesting menu, we decided to return for a meal. We're so glad we did because the food was excellent. We ordered the falafel bowl and chia pudding. The falafel bowl featured green hummus and vibrant pink rabbit eggs, creating a visually stunning dish that tasted as good as it looked. The chia pudding was equally impressive, also pink, served with delicious house-made jam, and naturally sweetened with macadamia milk. We tried their drip coffee and cappuccino in the morning. While the coffee was just okay, the real standout was the ambiance and excellent service. This place is perfect for a cozy, aesthetically pleasing start to the day. The place boasts a beautifully designed interior with unique touches, like an open kitchen where ingredients and condiments are displayed in an appealing, organized manner. The dome-shaped, glass ceiling allows natural sunlight to flood the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this place. If I ever visit this town again, I would absolutely return to this restaurant. The taste and vibrant presentation of the food have left a lasting impression. read more
