At first i walked into the other Sunglass hut at this outlets mall. They were very dismissive. I got frustrated and out of breathe i went to ste. 1314. The manager Janeth unfortunately got the end of my frustration but she was very sweet and professional and told me the information i received was incorrect and that i would have to pay for a new pair. Long story short. I called customer service to figure out what my options were because i drove and sat in traffic and was dismissed by another store. Basically. I was upset. I calmed down after talking to customer service. walked back into the store.
