After the initial response by the shop, I received a text from Anna, who sold me the frames, etc. She asked which pair was damaged (I had bought more than one) and told me she would order new lenses first thing Monday morning. I would be able to come in on Tuesday morning, and the lenses would be replaced. I have always been very happy with Eye Gallery, but this level of service is virtually unheard of. Came to have my boyfriend's folding Rayban wayfarer glasses repaired as it was faster then mailing…read morethem into Rayban directly. The color for his frames was not a match so the woman helping us suggested we ordered the matte black replacement arms. They come in pairs of two which was fine as we planned to replace both arms. It's was $60 and took about a week for the parts to arrive in store. We came back to the store for the glasses to be repaired and confirm the part would fit. I have absolutely no words for how terrible a service it was. I'm sorry but if you're going to have extremely long fingernails you need to be able to do your job let alone basic hand functions like holding a glasses repair screw driver. The girl working claimed the screw that went into the wayfarer arm was "extremely long" and that's what was taking so long. We browsed the store to not be just staring and watching. About 5 minutes past and she had made little to no progress we look and she can't hold the screwdriver because of her long nails as well as it seemed she's never repaired a pair of sunglasses before. She then takes a pair of pliers to continue to turn the screw in. This 100% damaged and eventually stripped the screw!!! We advised her no it's fine leave it as is and will swap out the other arm at home. Low and behold the reason besides her not being able to use a tool she had completely stripped the screw inside the arm. Now we need an entirely new screw for a replacement that should've been easy and quick. Very disappointed in the service and lack of basic tool knowledge witnessed. Going forward we will be shipping to Rayban directly.

Eyeglasses that are beautiful and unique. (And usually expensive.) And Dr. Adam Deutscher, who is a maestro at analyzing and properly solving your vision correction. They really take time with you to make sure the frames are right for your face and your style. And the lenses will be measured carefully to the each center of each pupil. The office was gorgeous and clean. The visit : The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and friendly .Dr. Weisfield really takes the time to listen to you and definitely makes you feel like you are in capable hands !! The glasses: Lisa and the other women who work there are amazing too. They listened to my concerns that I wanted something professional for work but trendy enough to go out in, and we found the perfect pair! They have a wide selection of unique and trendy frames.
