We often go towards the end of the year to use up our fsa money so we know they get pretty hectic--everyone's trying to do the same. We just give them a bit of grace and understanding cause they are nearly nonstop busy. I will say though, and this is not completely their issue but my insurance company's as well, all the extra costs for xyz to make your glasses better are $$$. Got two pairs of glasses for my husband which amounted to over $900 after insurance. He's just gonna have to get better eyes.

I came in with high hopes -- little did I know it would take almost 3 months to finally get my…read moreglasses. It started with my prescription needing to be adjusted, and the optometrist was incredibly condescending throughout the process. At first, Nikki was kind and said they'd remake the lenses with the new prescription. Weeks later, the lenses came back -- but with the old prescription. They remade them again, this time with the correct prescription, but then the frames broke, so they had to reorder them. When the new frames arrived, they were different from the original ones I chose. When I pointed this out, they insisted it was the same model and that the manufacturer "must have changed them." Instead of apologizing, they said they'd see which frames fit my lenses -- as if I should just accept whatever worked. By this point, I'd been back multiple times, only because of their repeated mistakes, yet they treated me like I was the problem. It wasn't until I insisted on a refund that they finally agreed to make another pair in the correct frames. This entire process was an absolute nightmare -- disorganized, rude, and completely lacking accountability. Steer clear.

I don't know if they're understaffed or what, but the level of service is just not what I need. I have plantar fasciatis and also tend to twist my ankles while I run. I need someone knowledgeable to watch my gait with a new shoe and make expert recommendations. This place used to do that and more, but now the employees just ask for your shoe size, bring some options, and then leave you to fend for yourself. I didn't think the selection or prices have changed, so if you know for sure what shoe you want and don't need assistance, I'm sure you'll still get what you need. But if you're looking for thoughtful service, it's unfortunately not going to be found here.

They then checked them and agreed that they needed to be redone, without apology. My son was told that his frames were slightly bent during his eye exam. But no adjustment was made because he had to buy this replacement pair elsewhere while away at college - not exactly the way you would expect a long term customer to be treated. And finally, my daughter who has worn contacts for years was not given a contact lens prescription during her last appointment. Now she needs to spend time out of her day to come back for another exam - No appology given. Used to love this place. Sadly it's gone down-hill rather fast. My family of 4 will not be returning.

She was not at all concerned with the quality of the flowers. She knew I was upset when I left. The roses actually did the opposite and didn't open at all like i thought they wood and they all turned brown right away. Worst roses I ever purchased. And the Owner was very curt. Never again.
