At each clinic I was happy with either the doctor, the support staff, or eye glass selection but never all of those things until my appointment with Savage Family Eye Clinic. Easy to make an online appointment! Dr. King spent as much time as I needed talking to me about my vision and answering all my questions. She was amazing! Wendy helped me pick out glasses as I never can find any I like. With her help I had over 5 that I really liked! She was so patient and great at giving advise and suggestions! When it came to deciding on features for my glasses she gave me honest opinions and suggestions not the most expensive. I really felt she was working to get me what I needed and not trying to sell the most expensive products! She spent time figuring out the most cost effective options that worked with my insurance without compromising the quality I needed. She ran numbers various ways to give me clear options. I left this office feeling great and excited! I am happy to say I finally found an eye clinic that offers top service by the doctor, support staff, eye glass selection, and my eye glass cost was less than I paid at the last clinic for glasses I really like! Thank you Eye Cate Specialist especially Dr King and Wendy! Wendy you really excel at what you do and I greatly appreciate it!

So my review is about the experience I had with my visit. I think Dr. Paul and Jon work deserves some recognition. This optometry is located inside Costco where I had an eye exam. The scheduling was made easy, upon entering I was looking at the display ultraHD TV outside the small office's and comparing it to their 10 inch LCD 480p TV with all the basic equipment they need for an eye exam. It really speaks how humble they are and not go for an extra mile to overcharge a typical American. I recommend making an appoint at this place and shop at Costco while your eyes are dilated.

All it took was his mom to be gone a weekend and he has managed to place contacts on his eyeballs ever since. We now have insurance and his exam was $45 and $130 or so went towards contacts. We order a year at a time and every year there has been a rebate. With bad planning he had 6 days left and an opening 10 days later, they graciously provided free samples. Since he is -4.75 blind as a bat, they needed to be ordered and they provided more samples to tie him over. The exam was short at 10-15 minutes. Next year I will schedule when he has 14 days left. Check the hours as they are a little different. My son really likes Affinity Eye Care.

We have been going to Complete Family Eyecare for around 4-5 years. Dr Reinders and his wife…read more(Jennifer) own and run the business, both they and their staff are very helpful and friendly. It's kind of like catching up with friends when we get our eyes examined. We start bringing our children at age 4 (that's what Dr Reinders recommended) for a yearly exam, and my husband and I go in for a yearly checkup. We've ordered both eye glasses and contacts here, and the process is always easy and smooth. I feel like I always learn something about eyes when I come - there's sometimes a video to watch about whatever eye condition might be developing, or Dr Reinders tells us about something interesting about the eye, or I get to look at an in-depth image of one of the kid's eyes - science was never my best subject, but the intricate details of the eye are fascinating! The waiting area is large, with a drink and snack bar, and a children's play/craft area. Each room is a comfortable size, nicely decorated, and functions well. Covid info: You arrive 10 minutes early, call the office, and wait in your car until they come out to get you. Fill out your forms (with a sanitized pen, then put it in the unsanitized cup). Go into the newly sanitized room to do some preliminary checks (I don't know what it's called). Then, you go into the newly sanitized exam room. Masks are worn at all times.
