I have NEVER written a negative review, even when I've received a less than perfect product, have historically had customer service reps listen and work with me. We were in last summer and no mention of an outstanding balance. I purchased my glasses and was told they would contact us regarding the outstanding balance. Haven't heard anything. It is much too late to sort this out. My husband had an eye problem and gave our vision insurance and medical insurance. Last summer we showed a $0 balance. 20 months later? I guess we will have to find a new eye doctor. Too bad - Tony is fun and has a great shoe collection. It makes me smile.
