Where this store really shines is the staff. They work at finding you a frame that looks good. But also fits good. I have a wide bridge, so the staff showed me the frames that really fit, and even though they were putting in a lot of energy, there was no pressure put on me to purchase. This is a big difference than other lenses crafters and similar glass chains. At similar stores I've experienced more pressure to buy and less focus on quality service. Sophia is great , she has a lot of experience, and makes sure the eye glasses fit properly. It's nice to see high end customer service still exists.

The customer service was a negative 10! After 3 weeks I never got a call that my glasses were ready! They make you pay upfront and say 7-10 days for completion... lie! I had to call to arrange my pick up. Then the glasses were not dispensed properly either! Just hand off with no checking fitting on my face or optical reading of small print. Just handed glasses that had fingerprints all over lenses... I had to ask B to please clean them! I was lucky to get a case for my new glasses! With all this negative experience I decided to reach out to corporate by email. I got a response from a Laura V (cc Mary and Karen)with a request for me to show her proof of my benefit and EOB WHICH THEY HAD! I provided her with my benefit with Spectera and requested copy of my EOB. It's now almost two weeks since my response to Laura V. I have received NO RESPONSE from Laura V., or any other person from Cohen optical. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Warby Parker appears to be circling the drain. they need to bring customer service back…read morein-house in the United States. i have had a chain of emails offering multiple conflicting explanations for extreme delay of my expedited order placed on 10/5 and promised for a 10/19 pickup. the southeast asian customer service farm has given multiple conflicting accounts for the delay ( first a scheduled system update, then a problem with the lab software, then the glasses were ready to ship to store, then the lenses failed the quality test, then despite having already emailed me with my order number in the caption, they said they needed my order number to proceed, then i emailed my order number, then today, two days later, i just received another email IN THAT SAME CHAIN saying they needed my order number.)I tried calling customer service and it is in Southeast Asia and all they do is say "for this one, mum," and talk in circles without providing any information in any way responsive to my question.
