I broke my glasses just before going on vacation and went in to the store and Eddy and his team were excellent in fixing a very badly damaged pair. They were done perfectly and in fact he improved them by cementing them in the right place, which he advised me was not done by the store where I purchased the glasses. I had heard about Oakley's fabulous Prizsm lens for golf, but could not find a frame style to fit my face shape or a lens that could take a prescription. Even talking with the Oakley flagship store staff was a dead end. I stopped in at 20/20 on a whim and within minutes Eddy knew about a little advertised Asian fit that ended up to be the best golf sunglasses EVER- durable, flexible, and the special lens makes the colors on the course pop even on a slightly overcast day. Awful! Awful! Awful! Stay away! Do NOT buy lenses here. I went in for progressive lenses and was told by Eddie he had the best progressives. When they arrived, I couldn't read out of them. He told me I wasn't a candidate for progressives, but he'd make up long distance glasses instead. My opthamologist and optician said that wasn't true - Eddie had used a lesser progressive brand. So I returned the lenses to him. He refused to reimburse me saying he couldn't return them. NOT true. He had 90 days to return them. I felt badly, ordered regular glasses from him, for which he overcharged me, so I cancelled the order. Again he said he couldn't return them even though they hadn't been cut yet. Lies. He had 90 days to return them. He insists I have the lenses when his assistant assured me they are sitting on his desk. He has still not reimbursed me. read more
