This store doesn't look like anything too impressive, and it's really not--but it does have decent selection with pretty decent prices, too. It's small, and the displays are particularly cool, but at the end of the day, they had the Ray Bans my girlfriend wanted and California-style wrap-arounds I wanted, which was good. There's only one person working there, and she was pretty nice and definitely knowledgeable, so that made our experience pretty hassle-free. We were in and out in like 10 minutes. The place was empty, so either it's not doing well or people just don't know about it yet. Check it out.

She is on Medicare which the plan covers 100% with no copays but they refused to accept her insurance. Once I contacted them they tried to tell me her insurance does not cover. After some time of discussion they realized it does cover and refunded the entire amount. Now I had to wait for 5-15 days for the refund which is not acceptable since the initial charge only took minutes to be posted to my checking account. Last year I had a similar issue with then and went to a different Optometrist this year. Maybe my wife will also choose a diferent eye doctor next year because of the office services

Great staff, great sunglasses, really happy customer!…read more Walked in today and one of the associates was cleaning the windows and opened the door for me. I'm very knowledgeable on Oakley's different lenses, frames, etc but she walked me through the "Custom" process and I was able to essentially build my perfect pair of sunglasses. I wanted to get a second pair of lenses so I'd have a couple of different options for full sun or cloudy. The manager made sure I got the best deal and I was able to get yet another pair of frames with my second pair of lenses, for the usual cost of just lenses! Are Oakleys a bit on the pricy side? Sure, but I drive 50-60k miles a year and I'm willing to pay a bit more for peace of mind. I'm not too sure of the steep clothing prices though, but not really what I came in for. Be sure to ask the staff about the Prizm lenses. They are polarized, plus they take it one step further with selective wavelength filtering based on their specific use case (ex. they have Golf, Road, Trail, Daily, etc..). I live much closer to the Concord Mills store, but the last time I was there it was so busy I couldn't get anyone's attention. I'll stick with this store and their superb staff!

I was already planning to swing by the shopping center -- partly for errands and partly because I enjoy the area -- and once again, the experience reminded me why I keep choosing Warby Parker. The customer service here is consistent with what I've come to expect from the brand. The process is simple and efficient: you check in, provide your email address, get queued up, and they send you a text when they're ready for you. It's organized, professional, and respectful of your time. The technician was competent, friendly, and handled my adjustment quickly. This location is what I would call a cute little jewel box of a Warby Parker -- well-designed, clean, and staffed with knowledgeable opticians on-site. I've visited multiple locations across different cities while traveling for work, and I haven't been disappointed yet. That level of consistency really matters to me. Another thing I appreciate is that Warby Parker stores are usually located in attractive, walkable shopping centers, and Waverly is no exception. It's a high-end, thoughtfully designed area with plenty to do while you wait. There's great window shopping, convenient parking, and a nice mix of restaurants and retail. I especially enjoy stopping by nearby spots like Paris Baguette for something sweet, and Chuy's, which always brings back nostalgic flavors for me. Having those options nearby makes the visit feel easy and enjoyable rather than just another errand. And of course, one of the biggest benefits is the value. You can get quality frames starting around $95, and the lifetime adjustments are a real bonus. Being able to walk into any location and get help quickly -- no matter where you are -- makes the investment worthwhile. Great customer service, convenient locations, reliable adjustments, and a pleasant place to spend a little time. If you're looking for eyeglass frames and dependable service, Warby Parker is definitely worth checking out.

So instead of a quick adjustment, I left with broken glasses and the expectation that I should spend more money here to fix a problem they created. That is completely unacceptable. Glasses are not cheap, and I trusted them with mine for a basic service. There was no real apology, no attempt to make it right, and no accountability. Any reputable optical shop should be able to handle something as small as nose pads without destroying your frames. If you value your glasses, I would recommend going somewhere else.
