Yesterday I went to go return my glass they were to heavy over time on my face . I had only bought my glasses a week ago and took them out the box 2 times . I went to return them and was treating horribly by the staff at 3pm June 11th. A lady with bright red hair had very nasty attitude towards me and my mother she was inspecting the glasses for 9 mins with her long fake nails she came to the manger whispering. The manger came me and my mom saying she would not be able to do a refund . I asked why not she said my glasses were scratched . I told her no that is a lie I have never scratched them and I told her to show me she could not prove there was a scratch on the "lens" but I did notice there was a scratching on the side of my glasses that I never seen before . And in the front of my glasses on the frame . I told the manager that I did not in fact scratch them it was possibly the lady with red hair who was cleaning them for over 9 mins . That's when the lady with red hair got very angry and started yelling with her manager. There was also a man working and he yelled at my mother saying "take your medication " . I don't understand why I was treated so poorly wanting to do a return before my 30 days I have buyers remorse . I spent well over $400 . They were heavy on my face . I can't believe I was treated like trash when I'm a paying customer my mother is a paying customer. I had my child with me to see all of there yelling and being violent towards me in front of customers. I need all 3 of the workers who were at sunglasshut to be removed from there jobs . Who yells at an old lady and in front of her grandchildren and daughter ? . I'm very disappointed and disgusted how they acted and I can tell they have been acting like this before they were not afraid of saying foul language and laughing in are faces . My mother told them "you guys just don't want to return them because it wouldn't be your guys quota for the day . I went in the store this Saturday and there were three employees.. 2 women and one man. The two women were chatting away about personal stuff. After a while one of them, Irene, asked me if I needed any help. She wasn't much help and was talking to her coworker about her own personal stuff most of the time. I have a weakness for high end shades. Some people love shoes, red bottoms, other like Purses ( Chanel, Gucci, YSL), my kryptonite are High end designer Sun glasses , aka cool Shades. Don't judge me. Taking full advantage of buy one get one 50% off, I ended up with a few pairs of The following brands Versace , Prada, and Gucci. Worth every penny , different styles depending on my mood. Waleed was able to fit my glasses to my face frame right on the spot. Just like that, I bought my glasses and have been loving my styles. This location has great service, variety of high end selection at great prices. I'm good for sun glasses for a while but should I find myself in need to purchase more , I'm coming here. On 4/25 I bought a pair of raybans at the downtown Disney store & two days later the hinge popped off so on 4/27 I went to the location at the block it said online they open at 10 I got there at 10:20 to find the door locked with a sign that says will be back in 10 mins after waiting a guy finally came out & from the beginning he just said he couldn't do anything for me & if i bought them at downtown Disney I should go back there to get them fixed since that is where I bought them. So I finally made it to the store, being hopeful they could fix my glasses that my bad Husband bought me a few months ago. They accidentally fell off my shirt as I bend down to tie my shoes. As they fell, a small kid had just walked by stepping on them. My heart broke. Luckily no damage to the lens but damaged to the left- side-leg. I tried fixing it. Was so disappointed. I will never put my glasses on my shirt !! Luckily, Emmanuel was able to fix them ( I was hopeful), and grateful for his help!!. He fixed them like "New"!!. They are quick to sell you glasses, real nice. But when my lenses broke I took them back to get them fixed. A $200 pair of glasses would cost me $116 to repair! When I asked the manager if I could have a new receipt, since I misplaced mine, she didn't want to help me. This store has to have the most NON-Customer Service employees. When asked a question about a particular pair of sunglasses after doing research of the options that they carry, the "manager" came out and looked at the rack, didn't open any drawers and said that Oakley does not make them that way. After telling her yes they do and showing her from the Sunglass Hut website, she insisted they didn't make them that way and then changed her tune and said no, we just don't carry them with attitude. Received sunglasses for Christmas then in mid January I tested positive for COVID. I have been unable to return the glasses. I just called and explained the delay in the return and he said it's too late. I suggested a store credit and he said no. So because of COVID,I didn't meet their return policy and they were unwilling to to adjust to the conditions we are living in today. Horrible customer service. Bought these full price a couple months back and a screw fell out (I barely wear them) took it to get fixed and the man working says "we can't fix these we don't have that type of screw". Ok can you order that part? "nope, next!" Seriously. So I ask don't these have a warranty? The girl answers "yes you can exchange them for a pair half the price". Isn't the warranty for this pair though? Then she starts getting loud in front of a loud store that's "just the way it is". They took a month to ship me my glasses because UPS lost them and then didn't compensate me for my time. The only reason I even had to order them was because they were trying to sell me the sunglasses that were on the display. I said I'm not paying hundreds of dollars for something used especially during COVID. If I would have known this would be my experience with them I would have gone somewhere else to get Sunglasses. Never shopping at this location again, employee and manager treated me like crap just cause I wanted to do an exchange and then gave me an attitude merely because I told them what I believe the correct amount should be. I bought my 1st pair of Oakley sunglasses at an outlet somewhere between Las Vegas and Orange County. After a week, I realized I really didn't like them as much as I thought I did so I needed a SGH close by so I could exchange them. I called around and this SGH's employee was much friendly than the one at the Main Place Mall. Another reason was the hours of operation are more convenient since they are open much later compared to the SGH in the malls. The manager helped me with the exchange and months later when I returned to purchase a case for my sunglasses I was surprised that the manager remembered me from my original visit. I have bought several pairs of sunglasses from other sunglass hut locations & have always been happy with my shopping experience. today I was shopping for a pair of sunglasses that were to be an anniversary gift from my husband. I had narrowed it done to one pair of $150 Maui Jim sunglasses, the female worker which looked to be the manager was going to put back the glasses & I Told her I was thinking of purchasing those but I was still Looking at other pairs so she left them On The counter In front of the mirror where I had them. I continued to look around & try on other glasses I heard her ask one of the male employees, "where are the glasses that SHE SAID she was going to purchase?" He didn't hear her but I did & she proceeded to repeat herself. I said they are right there still on the counter I'm still looking, and she got them & said your not taking them right & proceeded to put them Back on the display, before waiting for my response. I said I am but I'm still looking around at other styles. She said well then let's put them over here Where I CAN SEE THEM. After that I turned to my husband & said I'm not buying anything from her lets go. I can't imagine how many potential sales they have missed out on due to her lack of courtesy. I will recommend that no one shop here. He found frames that fit my face! I was greatly pleased...they didn't have the color frame that I was looking for but I know they'd call and locate one for you at another store! Alison, the store manager is the NICEST, most PATIENT and HELPFUL customer service professional I have ever encountered. I don't think I can ever buy sunglasses online or from anyone other Sunglass Hut store. For weeks, she looked for the Sunglasses I wanted and did not give up until she got them to her store. The sunglasses had been discontinued, but I liked them and I wanted them. She was able to find only 3 of the same pair and had one delivered for me. I visited this store looking to purchase my first pair of Rayban Wayfarer. The store manager Allison was so unfriendly I almost walked out and purchased them somewhere else. If I am spending couple hundred dollars on glassese from your store nice customer service should not be too much to ask for! I asked a few normal questions about the different types of styles, and asked to see the ones at the very top, which I could not reach. She got them down, after I tried them on, I decided to buy them so I said I will take these. I could not reach the top once again so I placed them back on the rayban rack. She then said I would buy those off the rack and I said I would like a new pair please from the box not the ones hundreds of people of tried on. She gave me the worse attitude and disrespectful response about why I would have to buy those. Then she gave me a new pair from the box and made a nasty remark about why I didn't put the glasses back on the top rack WHICH I COULD NOT REACH.
