He wore them for a few hours, then said there was a smear on the right lens. The smear was actually a big knick in his line of vision. They said I could use my 1 free replacement guarantee to order new lenses (they blamed him for the knick). When the new lenses came in, I examined them then and there in their office and there was still a scratch/knick in the right lens...they couldn't blame my son this time! They ordered new lenses again. Went back today and low and behold a tiny little knick in the same area, so I said I had had enough and I wanted a refund. THREE MONTHS of wasting my time, me having to take time off from work, gas money, taking my son out of school and NOT ONE offer of compensation or refund! I told them they should offer my son free frames and lenses; but, they just laughed at me. I asked to speak to Dr. Homer and he listened for about 10 seconds then threw his hands up and said, "I can't do this, I have patients waiting." The office manager made it sound like it was all my fault by saying they had to eat the costs of having to send them back each time. On a good note, the other assistants tried to help as much as they could. It's no wonder Dr. Sharma left; he wouldn't put up with these shenanigans.

Recently my glasses broke so I decided to take them to the store to get them…read morereplaced or repaired since they had a warranty, however, when I explained my issue to the owner of the establishment, whose name is Shaun, instead of helping me in a professional manner they outright claimed that the glasses I was showing them were fake, even though I showed them the original receipt from when I purchased them at their own store, furthermore they acted rude and unprofessional as they were verbally attacking me throughout the process. Eventually, another customer came in with the same problem and the owner suggested that they buy the parts for them to repair. I overheard this conversation and asked if I could do the same but I was then surprised by the ridiculous price of the parts which turned out to be nearly half of the price of the glasses themselves! Unfortunately, the owner said that it was the only option so I considered purchasing the parts as I genuinely enjoyed the pair of glasses, however, even after considering buying the overpriced parts, the owner still refused to repair them as he still believed that they were fake despite having no reasonable basis! Overall, I'm disappointed in the conduct of the staff as they acted unprofessional, unhelpful, and frankly rude. This is a major shame as I had better expectations for a store that supposedly sells high quality products yet after today I doubt that I will ever shop there again. When I brought the same issue to the outlet itself in Italy they didn't give me the same amount of arguments or unpleasant behavior. Moral of the story, buy directly from the outlet so you don't have to deal with the bs of the owner.

I was terrified for her to have eye surgery, but he answered all my questions and told me all the possible outcomes. leading up to her surgery I was very confident in him as her eye doctor and surgeon. surgery day came and went well.
