They do have a wide variety and I was able to find several that would fit (very tall and skinny) because of this I give two stars. I went to the store twice, once to buy, second to pick up after alterations. During my first visit they were out of dress shirts that would fit me well. I was told they would have them in when I returned to pick up my suits, and most importantly they would honor the sale price that they were having. When I returned, Teigan, the same salesman as the first time who had promised me the sales price, refused to honor it and insisted that he never promised me that price. If it weren't for the selection it would have been a one star review.

We got some of the worst service we've ever experienced over at Macy's and so we walked our little feet to the other side of the mall and we find ourselves at Dillard's, where we recovered the best service I've ever seen at this mall. So, for example, I have been trying to decide between all of the Chanel Chance perfumes for some time, and everywhere I've gone, I've asked if they had samples so I could test them out. Every Single Place has simply said NO! However, at Dillard's, not only did Sami take the time to talk to me about all of their perfumes, but she also said "no, we don't have samples BUT I WILL MAKE YOU SOME." So now, I have my handy dandy little samples and the ability to compare the different scents without having to drive to the mall every time I want to try them! Second example! I've been wanting to get started on the Clarisonic and switch face wash for quite some time, as Clinique has been causing a reaction to my face. Not only did I receive the best service I think I've ever received in my life, but Amy also asked if she could check in with me in a few days to make sure my new face wash and Clarisonic was working for me and not causing a rash or break out. So, after deciding which pairs of jeans I wanted, I had to get in another line at the register just so they could scan them to find out the prices, so then I could decide if I wanted to pay that much for the jeans??! THAT DOESN'T WORK!!! People base much of their decision to purchase items on prices. It should be clearly marked or there should be a scanner that the customers can use or associates should be willing to find out the prices for their customers. We shouldn't have to get in another line for the register to find out how much something costs. What if grocery stores and department stores did this?! This location took a step up a few years ago after Sephora in-store boutique opened. Ladies now have a great self-shop, low pressure cosmetics, perfume, and cologne shopping option in the mall beyond Macy's and Dillards. JCPenney continues to retool its image and is attempting to focus more on house brands / private labels. In my lifetime, their house brands have always been solid and at good or better quality than name brands.
