We just moved to the area and asked our son what eye doctor he went to. He recommended ABSee and we were glad we went. It was easy to make an appointment on line. The office called to confirm our appointment and sent us a text. Dr Porter was thorough. My husband is a diabetic and she had extra equipment to check his eyes. Unbelievably bad customer service. Waiting in the lobby for almost a hour, we were the only people in the lobby when we showed up. Watched at least 7 different patients show up after us and get called back before us. When I walked to the counter and asked what the deal was, the answer I got was, "you were marked as a no-show." We had been sitting in the lobby the entire time and had even filled out and turned in paperwork when we arrived. Complete lack of attention from the ladies working the front desk. Extremely frustrating experience, will not be going back, and do not recommend. read more

Wonderful staff and clean office. My family has seen both Dr. Clark and Dr. Hyatt and they are both great optometrists. Very friendly and attentive. My daughter has been getting her eye exams and glasses here since she was 2 and they have always done a great job, even when she was very young Yvonne is an amazing optician and is very helpful. I like the staff and service you get with ABSee Vision. We have been to them for many years. Yvonne is my favorite person there. She is the only one that can fit me for glasses. I need sunglasses on all the time to go outside. She thinks outside the box and together we have created some fun ones. Make sure to save back an old pair of glasses for warranty work. From time to time you can have issues and it may take longer. For me, that's a miner thing. read more

Never had an issue until a month ago! But the experience i have had now is ridiculous. I called their office May 24th about ordering a replacement full set because my frame broke and the lenses were scratched. They said that's fine to mail them to my mother and have her bring them in ASAP so they would be there by time my stuff came in for them to send back to the manufacturer per my warranty!( i am in Oklahoma now) so my mom received them and took them into their office on the 29th of May! After about two weeks with no communication from them i decided to call and check in ( thinking maybe they had got behind no biggie) i was told the stuff was not even ordered until the 29th of May when my mom brought them in even though the lady previously told me she had already submitted the order on May 24! So i give it another week and a half and i call in checking in and they tell me that they still have nothing and that they had to call the company and found out it was all back ordered. No biggie not their fault but annoying. A few calls here and there checking in with no progress and i just left it alone. I call back the 18th of June requesting dates of actual orders and when they would be in because we are at almost a month with lack of communication on their part! I am told by the front desk girl that they have my lenses but still waiting on frames. So she gets me over to optical supervisor because she agrees it's suspicious how long it's been. So that lady comes on and says yes everything was ordered the May 29th and we have your frames but no lenses ( opposite of what that other girl just told me) she said she expected everything to be here no later than Monday 6/24! I was pleased with actual answers and said me or my mother would check back Thursday since she had hope it would come sooner. Then today 6/20 my mom had stopped by since i was busy and she first couldn't get anyone to talk to her even though i authorized her back on 5/24 when i called because she was the one bringing them in and picking them up when they are finished. All she was asking was for any updates ( no personal info) eventually a supervisor stepped over and told my mom they have the frames but the lenses weren't even ordered until 6/13 are you freaking kidding me. I have talked to pretty much every front office and optical person in that building at this point and your telling me not one of you could be truthful and just say someone dropped the ball we apologize. Instead i kept getting lie after lie ( I'm guessing since they knew i wasn't there in person to come in)! I'm highly irritated with this company. I have no clue if they have new people since my last visit or people just don't care! I will never refer someone to this company again! They do not understand customer service nor do they truly care! I do not feel anyone has been held accountable for this and will never return again even when i return home to such a terrible place. Don't bother asking point blank if this your account is settled, they say yes it is, then bill you later for more and seem genuinely surprised when you are not happy. I asked if it was worth $25 dollars to lose my business, the business manager said that it was. I liked Dr. Porter, but with staff that values customers like she has, I will never be back. read more
