They take me to perform specified tests when needed by the doctor (though not too long, this can take a bit and is typically the longest part of the appointment). If no tests are ordered, they take me straight to a patient room to wait for the doctor--you all know this same-ole routine. I'm usually only waiting for a maximum of 15 minutes, in most cases less. The doctor is quick and efficient, while monitoring the progression of fluid buildup in my right eye (common issue for long-term type 1 diabetes). The checkout is seamless: All I have to do is give them the piece of paper that consists of doctor's notes for my next visit--they set my next appointment. They are easy and no-hassle about reschedules. I've never had issues with my insurance for any of the procedures recommended or performed by this medical team. Tell me, is there anything else that is required for five stars? Okay, yes, the doctor is personable and friendly. I'm not going to testify about how I love my doctor.
