Those that I dealt with, despite extensive explanation of the problem, in my opinion are incompetent. I was lied to on more than one occasion when dealing with the arrival of the lenses, checking of same after arrival, and then they failed to grasp the crux of the problem. To further exacerbate the situation, I felt that I was treated as tho I were a mushroom, "kept in the dark and covered with manure", by the sales personnel.
