THREE MONTHS of wasting my time, me having to take time off from work, gas money, taking my son out of school and NOT ONE offer of compensation or refund! I told them they should offer my son free frames and lenses; but, they just laughed at me. I asked to speak to Dr. Homer and he listened for about 10 seconds then threw his hands up and said, "I can't do this, I have patients waiting." The front office staff is most accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I would caution anyone to beware of the the people dealing with the sale and fitting of eye ware at this location. Those that I dealt with, despite extensive explanation of the problem, in my opinion are incompetent. I was lied to on more than one occasion when dealing with the arrival of the lenses, checking of same after arrival, and then they failed to grasp the crux of the problem. To further exacerbate the situation, I felt that I was treated as tho I were a mushroom, "kept in the dark and covered with manure", by the sales personnel.
