Every Single Place has simply said NO! However, at Dillard's, not only did Sami take the time to talk to me about all of their perfumes, but she also said "no, we don't have samples BUT I WILL MAKE YOU SOME." So now, I have my handy dandy little samples and the ability to compare the different scents without having to drive to the mall every time I want to try them! Second example! I've been wanting to get started on the Clarisonic and switch face wash for quite some time, as Clinique has been causing a reaction to my face. Not only did I receive the best service I think I've ever received in my life, but Amy also asked if she could check in with me in a few days to make sure my new face wash and Clarisonic was working for me and not causing a rash or break out. Not much for me in the "big and tall" but mom managed to find a cardigan that she particularly liked. Clean, tidy and four stars. I'm a fan.
