I am one of those people who actually uses the glass cases and the cleaning cloth. The Rayban pair came with a nice case but the DKNY pair did not. I was a little disappointed in that. They said they do not even send them any. That's lame. All in all, good service. So far I am very happy with all my glasses. I would recommend them.

First time coming here with my youngest son to get our annual check up. We just recently moved from…read moreHawaii and we were looking for a place nearby that takes VSP insurance and my wife found this place. We checked in and got seen within 5mins. Dr. Lauer who I was told, was here forever and everyone that we dealt with are super friendly and made this visit comfortable. After we got our prescription, we went next door where we met with Amanda (I really hope that's her name lol). She was super friendly, patient, and informational. We're normally used to getting the Oakley brand, but they don't carry the brand. They do have a huge selection of choices and name brands for both men and females. My son and I chose this our glasses and we didn't have to pay for anything because the VSP insurance is awesome. I definitely recommend coming here. This place is located in the Post Oak Mall across the Casa Olé Mexican restaurant. The parking lot is huge so you shouldn't have any problems.

The manager here is an absolute nightmare. After her employee struggled to locate my insurance…read moreinformation, the manager got up and approached me very belligerently and started in with a long winded explanation of the problem, but no solution. When I told her I was done wasting time and was going to leave and go to a competitor, she yelled at me and threatened to have security come get me. The manager told me I was "very rude," but I had been very patient and friendly with her employee. The only rude person there was the manager. I would never, under any circumstances do business with this place - I've never had good luck with Visionworks customer service (try calling their 1-800 number and see if anyone ever answers) and their manager doesn't belong anywhere near customers. AVOID THIS PLACE OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES. (You have plenty of other options - and they actually are nice to you!)

Andy helped us select the right phone, the right plan, and the best deals. We had Verizon and they were good, but just pricey. T-Mobile definitely has a better deal going on right now. I don't remember what the name of the deal I got, but it was for First Responders as well, and it included unlimited talk and text to include a locked price for 5yrs and AppleTV and Netflix for free. Lots of parking. Friendly staff and no restrooms in their store, but I do believe they have a community restroom somewhere in this little strip mall, if not, then I'd guess Subway or Walmart which is also nearby. There is 1 table and 3 chairs in the front of the store and nowhere else to sit. No other chairs or benches, you just gotta stand if that table is taken. They don't even have a trash can lol. So this review would've been 5 five stars even it wasn't for the convenience of this store. While I was securing my services, my whole family had to stand to the side until a family who was using the table, left. And I've seen a customer wait over an hour for help because both sales rep were occupied.

This is the Fossil inside the old run down Mall in College Station which not a lot of people really go to anymore. Curious. Barbie doesn't like the style which is quite leathery to be honest, and neither of us like the pricing whatsoever.
