The staff was extremely nice and I actually enjoyed that the practice had some updated equipment that I hadn't seen. I later learned that her name was Michelle and after talking with her about just the frames I had been admiring, I was ready to give them another try. Just last week my glasses arrived. Michelle called me directly and gave me the hours of the store and the times in which worked best to come in. I went to the store last Thursday. Michelle had already polished my glasses. She set me down to ensure that everything was the right fit and invited me back to have the glasses tuned up as they get more comfortable on my face. I love Eyetiques selection, but the only reason why I drove from Columbus, Ohio to the Pepperpike suburb was because of Michelle, she is kind, considerate, and a true professional.

A male employee looked where he thought the item might be, then checked in the computer, and finally asked another employee if Dodd Camera carried said item. Answer, "No". Then came the useless part part. The fella suggested that I "Try OfficeMax a few doors doors down. Or, look in Hobby Lobby the craft store just down the street". Seriously? An office supply store? A craft store? These people are idiots. Neither of the two suggested locations carry the product. I know, because I had already visited those specific stores and the websites. Nope. The item I am looking for is photograph specific and archival in nature. It would be helpful if the employees were properly trained in the nuances of photography related accessories and special tools. Rather than just blather a bunch of stupid comments, how about KNOWING that this is an archival product and may need to be purchased online. And then be able to suggest 3 or 4 archival companies a (short printed list) where customers might check. Heaven forbid these dopes strengthen their hold in a niche PHOTOGRAPHY market. The women helping me at this first shop is the one that guided me to affordable uniforms. She raved about the larger selection and great prices. (Coming from a women who works at a uniform store, I trusted her praise). When I got to afforded uniforms, I was amazed. It's a very large store with many options for color, brand, and size. The staff is very helpful with any questions. The staff themselves wear the uniforms, so they are very equipped to frankly answer questions about size and feel from experience. This store has many health provider accessories as well to complete your one stop shop. The staff is also very willing to order in anything you like!
