Then they called me back, saying that the lab was delayed because of the holiday and that my lenses would be ready this week. They said I could come in and pick up some free sample lenses to get me through the week. When I picked up the samples, they apologized for the delay, and assured me that the lenses had been ordered THAT DAY. They made a mistake, but did the best they could to correct it. I liked the doctor and technician okay, but because of this bad experience, I will not go back. They have lots of nearby competitors. WARNING: My exam was December 23, 2020 to use my insurance benefit before it expired. I paid $111 out of pocket, the insurance was to pay the balance ($104) for my contact lenses. Today is now January 18, 2021, and I haven't heard from them, so I call to find out when I can expect delivery of my lenses. They didn't order my lenses! They argued that I didn't order lenses and they alleged that my insurance claim was not filed. I have the receipts and prescription to prove that they are liars. I have the contact lens starter kit that they gave me December 23. This is very upsetting. I need my lenses now! DO NOT GO THERE. If you have already gone there, save your receipt because you will need it to prove that you paid, and good luck getting your contact lenses.

When trying to purchase glasses I asked for a break down 4 times before I was asked to run my card. 4 times she ignored my request, and felt like something was shady. Once I paid I was offered an itemized, and there was $40 charge for a warranty on my glasses. I was not able to get a refund until I picked up the glasses. Fast forward a month and I got a bill for $49.99. Which is impossible with vision insurance. Authorization codes and provided to the practice which gives them to the penny what to expect. When I brought this to their attention the front desk proceeds "I know how vision insurance works" I would t be calling if that were true. Shortly after I asked to cancel all future appointment I got a voicemail that the $49.99 was an error. But what if I had paid it, what if I didn't work in vision for 6 years of my life and didn't know better? What if they do this to every patient hoping some patients don't question it? We have lost confidence in this office.

I didn't really understand that my glasses were misaligned until sometime said something to me about them. I was able to temporarily pop them back into frame but they kept popping back out so I had to take them to get readjusted here at this location twice. Fast forward to eight months later, I go to the amazing people at Stanton Optical to get an eye exam. The technician checking my WP lenses informed me that there wasn't even a prescription in the right lens! I was totally shocked. The technician there actually recommended I contact a lawyer because being sold a faulty medical device puts you at risk for injury. It's just not right. Warby Parker totally messed up my glasses and I had been walking around with non functioning glasses for eight months. Initially I figured it was no big deal I could take them to WP to be repaired and/or replaced right away no charge. Boy was I wrong. To my absolute surprise, WP said they were not going to replace my glasses for free even though they had hugely messed them up. They asked me to pay $65 to replace them. Since it had been over 30 days, they would not replace them for free. I just didn't think that was fair at all! Point blank period. Not at all! And I was not happy! I was speaking to Allison about this matter. I want to note that the manager, Rachel, was refusing to intervene, just standing there passively listening to me rant without once trying to mitigate the situation or offer a solution. That really kind of pissed me off because WHAT ARE YOU DOING. I know I'm not crazy because at STANTON OPTICAL I actually broke a pair of glasses and they replaced them for the cost of 20% of the frames so I know that people are in fact, willing to be more than fair to you in this industry, even when it's your fault. Warby Parker made a huge mistake on my glasses and simply refused to remedy the situation for me in a way that was fair and right. It was totally their fault. I was very disappointed and let down by the policy! Thankfully there are plenty of other places to shop for glasses, because I won't be ordering from there again. And thank God I got glasses at STANTON OPTICAL, because if I had relied on Warby Parker I would have been screwed out of $65!
