However, they don't keep up with maintenance on the machines or vending services. I have had machines down for weeks and the vending machine was also down for that time. The latest problem was, that they have stopped accepting debit/credit cards for the last couple weeks. I don't know what century they are used to, but in this century, people actually carrying cash is fairly rare. I put in a complaint this week. I'll see if they are back to credit next Saturday, or if I will have to look elsewhere to get my laundry done.

Since we are eating at India Palace (which is in the same plaza) anyway, we brought a laundry basket of wet clothes to throw in the dryer to dry while we have lunch. I have not used a laundromat in over 3 decades, so I cannot comment on prices. This place is very clean and nice, lots of machines but lots of customers as well. Perhaps it is not quite as busy during the week.

Came back to this place because I like that I do not need cash - just load a card worn your credit or debit - Super convenient. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they remodeled, new floors, counters, and machines. Clean, all machines in order, and a live person working to make sure things go well. The bathroom is reserved, under lock (conveniently opens with the card), for customers so it is clean. Will be back next year.

First off. Is my first visit to this location. Not impressed! The SMELL is awful. I only stayed to…read moredo my laundry because I did not have time to drive around @5 o'clock in the morning looking for another place. The SMELL smells like when you leave a load of laundry that finishes without it drying & you go to get it out of the washer. Maybe the smell is coming from the Mop Bucket around the corner in the back. Or maybe there is a leak somewhere ? The television had no remote, no music in there. The whole time I was in there I heard rattling rooftop. Sounded like the roof was going to rip right off. Also 2 different Spanish men entered the back entrance of the building. Not together, separately about 5 mins apart. They looked seedy to me. They said nothing to me. Didn't seem to have any purpose there. Both of them went to the area around the corner in the back of the Laundramat near the Mop/Bucket. Maybe is was a Drug Drop??? I noticed "after" they entered the back building entrance the door would not stay closed. Kept swinging open. I certainly will never return to this location. Not much parking at all, It smells discusting & I did not feel safe there. Besides that the way the Laundramat is set up inside lacks convenience!

Little regard for the customers health. My eyes and throat are irritated. Shame on them. The place was full of dust we were all breathing. No, a laundry business should never remove ceiling tiles with customers directly underneath. Removing tiles generates significant airborne dust, debris, and potential health hazards (like asbestos, mold, or old insulation). Operations must be done after hours, or the immediate area must be strictly cordoned off

I'm so sad to write this review. For years I have brought my large rugs here to be washed. I foster…read moredogs and so I need them cleaned every couple months. Today I got a call that the price had been increased and when I questioned it, I was told to come and get my rug. I have heard other people have had problems with the owners here, but I personally had always had a great experience. I am so very disappointed. It wasn't just a little increase, it was over 30%. I understand everything is costing a little more today, but I did feel that was extreme. I also feel as a customer we have a right to question and voice our complaint/concern, but apparently not here. **The owners reply if full of false statements: I did not raise my voice or get upset with the clerk that called me. So I was surprised when she called me back and said the owner would like me to come get my rug. *I did not brow beat the employee, I was nice to her, I asked her when this was increased because I come all the time. I came right away to get my rug. Had there been some offer to work with the price discrepancy I would still be a customer today. *I never said it was price gouging, I have a right to be upset with a huge increase. I then agreed to do it this time but was not sure if I'd be back. * The owner is the one who said I should come get it because he was not comfortable completing the job. As you see from his reply, he's not the nice man I thought he was. And that's sad.
