the person whom I belive was the owner was incredibly rude. she locked the doors at 6:45 when the last load is at 7:30. she screamed at me for sitting on the massage chair before paying because the chair started making a noise, which I understand was my fault but there was no need in being mean. multiple paying customers conplained about how rude the owner was. do not go here unless u are in dire need. read more

I was overcharged, and the process for returning the keys was not clearly explained to me. During posted open hours, there was no one available at the front desk to assist, which made it difficult to complete the return properly. Overall, the experience reflected poor service and disorganized management, resulting in a negative and unprofessional environment. read more

Was being made to put a full sized blanket in two full siz pillow shams in a ten dollar washer way too big being hawked and treated rudely by the woman in charge. Other people were bringing bags of laundry and huge bags, and she said nothing to them!!! read more

The current owners recently took over this laundromat and laundry service. They pick up and deliver laundry to our senior apartment complex in Elk Grove Village. They are doing their best to keep their customers satisfied. We're happy to have this service and appreciate the convenience. read more

Service stinks and dryers sucks waited 20 minutes and cold and soaked and not dry at all

I have been using this laundry for 8 months. I have noticed since the last 4 washes. The washing machines have no hot water.

I am putting this post for both Maytag and U-Haul. The lady at the front desk is very rude and wouldn't be surprised if she was racist. She was belittling a Hispanic man in front of me who sounded like English was his second language. I am tan and especially with a mask people have thought I was Hispanic too. Speaking of masks she pulled hers down around her chin to belittle both of us, when the signs say customers have to wear a mask. When she was called out for how she treated us she told us to never come back. I work in Corrections and I don't speak to inmates the way she thought it was ok to treat paying customers. read more

Clean, Courteous and Convenient! I recently moved to area, decided to try this laundromat and was pleasantly pleased. Because we previously had our own washer/dryer at home, I didn't have much experience using these machines so the helpful staff walked me through the entire process. they had a variety of sizes which was great because I needed a larger machine to clean my king sized comforter. Totally rude and not helpful Bad attitude When we said machine was not working she just changed the temperature on the machine from cold to hot Rolled her eyes when we told her we couldn't wash those clothes on hot Changed it back to cold and got a little more water in the machine She couldn't have cared less to help us or not read more

DO NOT GET YOUR UHAUL FROM HERE. Website says they open at 6, door says 7, we were told we could pick up after 8 and nobody is here. Been sitting here for over half an hour being delayed for our trip because they don't bother to open on time. I went to do my laundry yesterday for the first time at this laundromat. And I will not return. There was a young lady blonde hair there and she was very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. Not only to me but the way she spoke to the other customers. When asking her a question about the Machine she had a attitude Shrugging her shoulders like a 2year old. she was just very unprofessional. I seen her give an attitude to other customers. read more

Our washer broke and I needed another option to wash clothes until we purchased a new one. This place was clean and the assistant helpful. Only downfall is that the washer doors lock and you have to catch it during the rinse cycle to add in the fabric softener if you aren't drying them with softener sheets. read more

Tried this laundromat b/c my usual was closed for maintenance. There was the RUDEST short Hispanic woman working there. I was having problems with the washing machine. We asking for assistance, she was on her phone, she let out a huge sigh, as if I was bothering her. Obviously, I was interrupting her phone call. She was so mean, told me I didn't know what I was doing. She shook her head & walked away. The machine stopped & my clothes were soaked!! Again, I bothered her. When trying to discuss this problem she told me to "stop talking ". This woman literally had me in tears. My clothes were not clean!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I would have given a big ZERO. I wish that there was an option to rate a place 0 stars because this place really deserves zero stars. I went to do laundry this weekend and there was a lady working there that was so rude. She was a short Hispanic lady. She gave me attitude when I told her that the washer that I was using wasn't working. She told me "It's because you don't know how to wash".
