They have taken an active interest in me and my business from our very first phone call and initial meeting. They offered wonderful advice, tips, and tricks during that meeting (even before I had agreed to hire them) about the best practices for building a brand, making sure it is cohesive, and following it through. Miri and Nicola took the time to listen to my thoughts attentively and get to know me personally so as to better translate that into the brand they would create. As a result, their initial proposal was comprehensive and nearly spot on. They worked with me to tailor their services to fit my need and budget. They were flexible enough to be willing to maintain and work with content that I will be providing from another source. This is a testament to their desire for my continued success. I am a bit of a perfectionist and they, with their fantastic designer Alex, went back and forth with me to make slight changes to their designs until I was 100% happy; always challenging me when they felt I was making a misstep. This again shows how much they care for their clients and the businesses they help to advance. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, they have been working with me to adjust their work and the content they have provided to better fit my business as I begin to pivot in a different direction. I am certain that their products, knowledge, work ethic, and timely results will continue to astound me as they continue to foster a wonderful working relationship with me for years to come (and I am so looking forward to it!)

We originally found them by driving around West LA looking at homes we loved, and after interviewing dozens of firms, it was clear that Jalda and Bertrand stood apart. As a husband-and-wife design-build team with children of their own, they immediately understood our vision of creating a true family home - one that would work for our lives now and grow with us in the future. The result is a stunning home that we absolutely love. They helped us design spaces that feel both beautiful and deeply functional: multiple family gathering areas, incredible natural light throughout, and seamless indoor/outdoor living. The moment people step inside, they immediately comment on how unique and intentional every detail feels, and on the level of personalization throughout the home. We also appreciated how thoughtful they were about budget and long-term value. Jalda and Bertrand helped us stay within budget as best as possible - even when worst-case scenarios came up - and they consistently took our priority of maximizing equity into account. They offered clear guidance on where to invest, where to save, and how certain design choices would impact both our day-to-day living and the home's long-term value. Their transparency and proactive problem-solving made every step more manageable. They guided us through the entire process with professionalism, creativity, and genuine care. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to build or renovate a truly custom home.
