Me: Why yes, there's a lot of separate packages in here. UPS employee: open the bag.... He then proceeds to have me pass the packages one by one and scans them thus defeating the purpose of creating pre-paid shipping labels and the ease of dropping a ready to go package off. Not to mention his rude tone. Other UPS locations I frequent are always so kind and welcoming. Not this location, except the older lady who is always very sweet. Please make sure your employees don't act like douchebags just because they don't want to work and be proper during that shift.

They provide options for new projects we dream up, bring us samples, and share photos of test prints so we know we're getting exactly what we want. The personal relationship we've built makes new projects less stressful, because we know Design Printing will always help us out! They save us when we need to print last minute, and are always willing to work something out if a mistake is made. I appreciate that they quickly work to find a solution when there's a mistake, instead of telling us there's nothing they can do because the event is the following day, etc. I highly recommend you build a relationship with Design Printing! This was the most unprofessional experience I have had in my adult career. They took payment,…read morefailed to deliver the product, refused to issue a promised refund, and ignored all communication. Hence, I am also reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. We were promised our business sign by midweek. That deadline came and went, and every day afterward we called for updates. Each time, we were told that "David," the CEO, would call us back. He never did. Not once. When I finally spoke to an attendant days after the promised deadline, they couldn't even confirm whether the sign was complete. I had already paid for the product, hired an installer, and yet the company couldn't even tell me if the sign existed. David showed a complete lack of care or concern for the fact that they had already taken my money. At one point, they said a refund would be issued--but no refund was ever provided. I sent an email asking them to confirm when the refund would occur, and they never responded. Because of this, I've had to report them to my credit card company in order to get my money back, and I am still in the process of dealing with that. To this day, they have not returned a my email. I'd wouldn't bother wtih this company. Signarama was not just unprofessional--they were dishonest.
