We just bought a 55" Samsung and Sonos sound it's great after the Sony was just over priced at Best Buy never could get sound bar to work .over 3500 for those. We now have much better pic then Sony and sound bar that works .Thank you SunDownOne . read more

Dot faster service. I would say 3 times faster than what we got with Best Buy in fact. I don't even know why they call it that because we got burnt on a stove and ended up having to go to Dick Van Dyke to get. A stove because Best Buy could not put it in. Within the reasonable time so we had to go some morals bully me their personal shopper business. That's a sham too some of the worst people. You'll love remit don't go to Best Buy go to sundown one and get treated like a human. read more

Terrible customer service. My experience was terrible all around with them. First they sold something I really didn't want and was told to hold on to store credit coz it'll cost them to refund the money and then was told I have to spend the money and can't get a refund. Finally, when the installation of a home entertainment system was completed, the job was done so clumsily. Still very glitchy and they won't come back to fix it. Not spending a dime of my money with them. Bestbuy is probably better than this I saw the response from Alex and decided to update the review. I came in to the store for a music system. Tyler Theilken told me that there's a sale on Sony TV, which is about to end the next day and I could buy it and if I change my mind, simply return. I changed my mind in less than 48 hours and never took delivery of that TV. This idea that the business had been generous in letting me get store credit without restocking fee after 9 months is incorrect. Tyler then told me that if I could do him a favor and hold on to store credit, that would save the cost of transactions with credit cards. Since I was planning to get a sound system with them, I thought it won't hurt. I have gotten busy after that and finally came back to the store in June 2015, still undecided about the sound system, asking for the cash refund. Tyler then told me that I can only get store credit because it has been more than 6 months by then. Mind you, I have never taken delivery of the TV and told Tyler that I don't want the TV in 48 hours. read more

Sundown One was incredibly helpful in coming to our home and recommending a new television and sound bar that would fit our needs. Their installers were terrific. Their employees are the kind of people it was a pleasure to have in our home. What has been even better, though, is Sundown One's service after the purchase. When our new smart TV was a little too smart for us, they sent a tech back to solve our problems and answer questions. More recently, I received additional support in the store, as well as another offer to send a tech to the house. It's all free -- no "membership" required. I really can't say enough good things about Sundown One. They put the "other guy" to shame. read more

These guys are great! They price match all the big box stores and have awesome installers.

Not so impressed. We ask them to look at our space and give us some ideas and prices on a projection system, and never heard from them. Thankfully another store promptly came to our house, told us exactly what we needed and installed it within 2 weeks. read more
