I ordered from Target.com - I never received the item - so I went on the website, and filed the claim to have the items resent. Then a week later, I went to find out why I hadn't received the replacement order, and they canceled the replacement order without telling me... so when I went in and asked why my order was canceled without communication, I was told that he "didn't do it." and that I just would get a refund... and to wait 2-3 business days for it to appear on my account. 10 days later, the refund never came, so I got on today, was hung up on by the first rep who claimed she did, but didn't do anything for me (and I wasn't even mad yet)... This the target closest to my hotel when i am here for work. Has all the things i forgot, the guacamole for the taco party i was invited to, the gift card for a co-workers wedding... It's one with a grocery portion, so that is very nice for me! Never too crowded and open later - bonus in my book. Staff has always been friendly and i enjoy coming here to shop! read more

A target usually is just that, a target Full of shoppers wandering aimlessly throughout the store. This one however was full of people that seemed as though they were out for blood. I normally love this Target. This is my go to store. But I had a pretty crappy experience recently. So they reserve the first hour of shopping for the "most vulnerable" due to Covid-19 Tuesday and Wednesday. That's great, I get it, I have an elderly mom I shop for. But unless you really poke around, there is no way of knowing these policies until you wait in the parking lot for half an hour before opening and the dude that's the equivalent of a bar bouncer standing out front very rudely turns you away. I had one week off, one well deserved week. I have worked through this entire pandemic and if it were a regular week for me I would have already been at work for almost an hour. He so "graciously" told me I could come back when it was my turn except that wasn't going to be an option for me. And honestly, why would I want to come back? I already waited for 30 minutes to be turned away. I just needed 4 small items. Honestly, if I am there that early, chances are it's because it really need something and I am not perusing around for fun. I took my business down to Walmart, who did not turn me away and 3 minutes later I wasn't out of the store with what I needed. read more

While I enjoy the store most of the time, I am really upset that they fly an American Flag that is in tatters. Here we are on the 75th anniversary of D-Day, kjust shyof Flag day and heading toward the 4th of July, and our national flag - a big one - is torn and shredded. It takes a while for he flag to get in that condition which indicates no one is watching or thinks it's too expensive to repair. TAKE IT DOWN! TAKE IT DOWN NOW AND replace it or leave the pole empty. Not only did I get called a racist bitch from someone randomly in the store, but the cashiers are always VERY rude. One even tried to tell me she was going to get her manager if I didn't just pay and leave (I wanted to do two transactions). What is wrong with these people! read more

Target always has everything I need. I go in for toilet paper and end up spending $300. My entire house is beautifully decorated from this store. The people are not like the Walmart people. I went to the store yesterday to get curtains and baby locks. I had tried to order the locks online the day before and was not able to put them in my cart. Slightly frustrated I then saw they were having a sale on curtains. I decided I would just go to the store and get both the curtains and the locks. When I got the locks in the store there was a big "SALE" sticker on them that said $15.00, but the day before online I saw the sale price was $10.39... So even more irritated I went to the curtains. It took me 15 minutes to get someone over to help me (and that was 15 minutes after I went to checkout to ask them to page someone) and then when I told him what I was looking for he acted half irritated and looked up the item and told me they didn't have them, so I would have to order them online, but wouldn't be able to get the discount. SO, I came to the store only to get charged $5 more for an item I saw online and STILL not get the 30% off curtains?!? They ended up giving me the baby locks at the online price. But it still bothers me that they do this. And when I called customer service about my experience they were rude and condescending. I don't usually write reviews (unless I was really treated well) but I couldn't help to today. I have shopped Target for years, but that stops today... I will not be price gouged and treated rudely. I have the toys catalog that came in the sunday paper, went in to get a disney digital camera and no one has a clue what Im talking about, after spending 5 minutes looking at a piece of paper they told me its probably an "on-line" only item, I said "HUMMMM, OK???" and walked away wondering why the ad would say found in the electronics dept.. Well I came home and got on line and after finally finding it, it says its an in store purchase ONLY!!! REALLY??? So then I called, they have no clue, they dont have any and they MIGHT get some in by friday but they are not for sure, they told me to call back later and check, WOW not a good way to start the holiday shopping season, target DOES NOT HAVE MY VOTE!!!! read more

I bought a wii game for my 6 year old grandson and they electronic man said if he cant play it bring it back..so I did and they tell me that I cant return it ..please explain to my 6 year old grandson why he didn't get a game ...thank you target one lost customer...said I wouldn't go there any more , and the place I work for gave all employee's a gift card thank you to my company..but I bought this game with my own hard working money ... and like I said before never again will I step in to a target AGAIN! Called to see if they had a particular item in stock, because I live over a hour away. Was put on hold, no one from that department picked up. I called back and spoke with customer service to see if they could assist me, and she said I can't, why don't you come in the store and look for yourself. I explain to her, I live over a hour away, and if I lived in Springfield, I would come in and look for myself. I am not going to drive all the way from Mt. Sterling to Springfield, and yoy don't have my grill. Not pleased with this store associates. Realizing, its summer, this is why I wanted to make sure you had the grill.
