There's a large selection of tanning beds and you can usually get into one with no wait time. If you're going for one of the spa services, plan to give yourself a little extra time. Most of the girls up front are knowledgeable, however do your own research on products that are best for you. Recently new management tried to sell me a product for a service I don't typically use. When I came back later in the week one of the long time employees gave me some great advice on a better product that was more appropriate, and I ended up buying additional items from her because she took time to build trust, and looked up what services I use more frequently. Now she always tells me when there's sales on specific products I use.
