I'm not sure what changed but the store looks much better than before and the staff is more than willing to help. My pool has algae and I was told before just putting chlorine will help, but when I came in the he told me all the chlorine was doing is making the algae dormant. EWWWW. He advised me on the steps I need to do to make sure I get rid of this algae problem because let's face it who wants to swim with that?! Hands down will come back again if this improvement keeps up.
