Worst experience with a plumbing company ever. After a no call no show for an apt, they arrived without warning 3 months later to tune a boiler. We also gave them another project that took them over a year to complete! We had a sewer back up and tried them once more.... they showed up unprepared and my husband had to do the majority of the work. They could not fix the issue, and the proceeded to send us a bill for 3k. They are unreliable, understaffed, lack communication, and are grossly overpriced.... save yourself some money and frustration! They also handed out our personal information to a third and fourth party without our consent.

Perhaps they would have done a good job, but I obviously didn't hire them with that delta. 2) fix a clogged drain for which they said we needed to replace our pipes and charged us $500 for no resolution. We hired PSI Vail and they solved it the next day. I let them know on the phone that they didn't solve it and someone else did and they still charged me $500.

Not the cheapest around but I know of companies that charge significantly more at a lesser value. I was given the price to finish the job same day and was able to approve via email and a call from Esteban! I also received photos of the work before and after completion which is rare! I was a service manager for 9 years with a company here in the valley so I was impressed from start to finish with the whole process. He was incredibly informative, gave me multiple options, and even after priding the job with several other local plumbers, I chose to go with FPH. Since then, I don't call anyone else. They've handled a major clean-out when I had a serious backup, fixed multiple leaks (shower & sink), and taken care of several other issues. Every experience has been excellent.
