Brought my two granddaughters in to get their nails done. We told the manicurist they both wanted French nails and told the color, girls didn't get the French nail the whole nail was painted. One child turned out ok, the other looked horrible, he painted part of her finger and smeared the other, plus cut her with the tool he used, causing her to bleed. Everyone was nice and they had a nice salon but when I left my nails were stained with the dip powder and my cuticles did not look good. We scheduled an apt for 7 for a BRIDAL party about a month in advance of the date. They made it seem to be no problem at all. Once we arrive, we were all split up, the workers were frantic, and we spent about 3 hours in there for this: (pics included.) $65 dollars total with the tip. My lady ate random food SUPER causally while she was doing my nails. (Older lady in the front.) she also hid all of the workers personal belongings when two darker boys decided to come in to get their toes done. It was rude and racial. Do not spend a dime in there. Especially if you're wanting lasting positive memories with your friends to happen during that time. Would you believe me if I told you that the owner of the store let me leave with my nails like this? She then exclaimed multiple times that she was an "expert" and the glue stuck to my skin would "wash off in the shower." Well when I went back in to get them fixed she could not remove the glue with anything but a nail clipper since it was stuck to my skin. I went in to get my nails done for graduation and it was horrendous. The man doing my nails only had ONE glove on. He had no glove on his right hand. When he got paint on my finger and not the nail he stuck his raw finger (no glove) into the corners of my nail to wipe the polish off. I am absolutely disgusted by this. When he used lotion afterwards he did not have a glove on. When he was filling my nail he was so aggressive and it was so painful that I had to tell him to stop. He also removed skin around my nail and tore it off so I was bleeding on multiple fingers. He then put a green liquid on (maybe a disinfectant) and it burned so bad. They have a lot of staff, so my wait was almost non existent. Got right in, nice massage chairs, a good pedicure, with a hot stone massage. I wish stones were warmer. Place didn't smell like horrid chemicals. It was clean and decorated nice. They did a good job. These little nail salons are never a spa experience, it is what it is. Do NOT make an online appointment. The receptionist told us that they have no way of seeing those and therefor we were treated as a walk-in! Ug! We're from out of town and came in with 3 people and we had a schedule to keep and didn't have all day for their scheduling incompetence. So I got my pedicure while my sister and niece sat for THIRTY minutes for another nail tech to come available. We had appointments and the wait was unacceptable. Where to begin!? I have come here about 5 or 6 times, I only had 1 decent experience. This past time I took my daughter and we were sent to the overflow salon, where my daughter got a pedicure and manicure and I just got a manicure. We had appointments for 4:30, she got there early and they started her pedi. They started my manicure and I got out at 5:20ish... okay, no big deal. My daughter stayed to get her manicure, it took 4 additional hours. I had actually went home, and got worried that she had been abducted, and drove back to the salon, we saw her and went home, when she finally got home, her finger had a huge cut on it and was swollen. The lady put superglue on it to stop the bleeding! On top of that her manicure alone costed $70 and what were supposed to be roses looked like weeds. I would show a pic, but my daughter is out of town. Anyway, one of my nails broke, so as you would after paying 60 bucks for less than great nails (never again) I went after work to get it fixed, the place I had them done, told me to come back at 5, I said I cannot, they said come back another day. So, i went to the other store, owned by the same people, the guy sits me down and proceeds to have me wait behind a lady getting a full set. I needed 1 nail fixed. Absolutely terrible! I took my daughter to get her first mani/pedi. I started by asking the man up front how much it would be for her mani/pedi. He said $45. We sat in the chairs 10 mins until a woman came over and started my pedicure. My daughter sat in her chair, very patient, watching her tablet. Eventually, half way through mine, she became impatient. I asked if they could put some water in it so it would keep her occupied. They act like it was a big deal, but they did it anyways. She was so short so to get her feet in the water she had to lean in a little. The "boy" next to us says to me, "Can you tell your kid to sit down so she doesn't fall out." After I told her to scoot back a little. She was trying to get her feet in again and the woman doing my toes told her to sit down. At this point I'm biting my tongue because she's not even standing up, splashing, or anything! The "boy" in the picture finally moves on to my daughters feet.... The man from the front entrance came over and asked me if I wanted just regular polish for my daughter or gel. That gel would be an extra $15. Originally he told me $45 total for her and didn't mention gel so I just said regular is fine. A couple seconds later I asked the "boy" in the picture, as he's taking my daughters old polish off, does the $45 total he gave me include the gel or is that an extra $15. He said, "We already discussed this." At this point I was tired of the way he was treating us. I said, "No one said if the $45 included gel polish or not. You have been rude to us since we got here. Like earlier, you could have asked my little girl nicely to sit back so she didn't slip. You have ruined this whole experience for us. We will take our business elsewhere. Just don't touch her anymore." He responded, "I didn't plan to." Then got up and left the salon. Thankfully the woman doing my pedicure was just finishing up. I really love getting my nails done by Vee at Suncrest Nails! She is so good at shaping my nails and applying the dipping powder so that they don't break or crack. I can go 3 weeks without a single rough spot on my nail edge or crack in the topcoat. I have never been so displeased with a service. If I could rate this nail salon -10 stars, I would. I would also recommend that no one wastes their time or money on this ridiculous establishment. My nails didn't even last one week. This was my first trip to this salon and my last. I went in wanting a dip powder manicure with tips. I picked my color and waited quite a while, I didn't think anything of it as I was a walk in and didn't have an appointment. Once with the nail tech, she pulled out a gel polish set. When I said I was wanting the dip, I was rudely informed that the color I chose was not available in powder (I was unaware of this). No big deal, I picked a similar color from the dip powder selection. Throughout my service, any time I voiced a concern or asked for my nails to be cut shorter, the tech huffed, puffed and mumbled under her breath. At one point, this tech even slapped my hand when my finger didn't move quite how she wanted it and yelled at me. Even after I was done, I wasn't satisfied with my nails, they were still way to long, but I was tired of arguing with this lady, so I just paid and left. The very next night, not even 24 hours after I left, a nail completely popped off. Since it wasn't cracked in half, and I wasn't wanting to go in and have it fixed, I just glued it back on myself. Within the week, this happened over, and over until a total of SIX (6) different nails came off. I am a very active person and I didn't want to solely blame it on the quality of nails, but losing 6/10 nails in a week is unheard of and unacceptable. I went in to talk to the manager/owner/whoever and I asked for a refund. The owner asked to see my nails, and even though 2 were missing, and 4 more were glued back on, she stated "your nails are very beautiful, I don't see anything wrong." If she truly thought nothing was wrong, she clearly has very low standards for the quality of work her employees complete. When I said I didn't want them to be fixed, I just wanted my money back, her response was "we work hard for our money, labor for an hour, we don't work for you and then you get money back, its not like that". As if I don't have to work hard for my money and chose how I get to spend it. If I am paying for a service, I shouldn't have to argue over what I want. Again, she stated she saw nothing wrong with my nails. At this point, I decided I had enough and just turned around and left. I have gotten my nails done consistently for years and this is the first bad review I have ever written. I will never go back to this salon and if anyone is wise, they wouldn't either. so traumatized by this visit. i went in asking to get an old acrylic set removed, and to have a manicure with clear polish. i sat for 20 mins (not a big deal, i didn't have an appointment). when i got helped, a man came over and just took one of the clipper tools and started digging into my nail bed, under the acrylic and ripping them off! he did not soak them, drill them down, nothing! i was in such excruciating pain i had tears literally rolling down my cheeks. on top of that, he then proceeded to charge me $10 and tried to force me to tip him, but taking $20 out of their personal ATM since they only except cash tips. i refused and only paid the $10. i wish i had paid nothing because that service was appalling. i was so embarrassed walking out. never ever ever again! read more

Terrible experience. My nail tech was rude and careless. None of the nails is the right size for my finger, they were all different lengths, and the paint job was shoddy. It hadn't completely dried before I was told that I was 'all set'. The nail polish wasn't what I wanted... he actually said no when I told him what colors I had in mind, the polish is smeared on one hand, and chipping on the other. Should be a 0. Do yourself a favor and never go to this place. My friend and I decided to go to this place for a regular manicure. We have had a super simple "design" we wanted and showed them at the very beginning. They spent a total of 15 minutes on both of us total. The design was far from what we expected let alone I also got a cut on my finger. They rushed and put the top coat on when the drawing was still wet that all of it got contaminated. The bigger problem is they don't seem to care. Checking out, they also stated "wow these girls asked for so many things, I don't know how much I should charge them. Draw their 10 fingers with tons of colors". Settled for 10 bucks each for a sloppy design + 15 for the manicure = total 25 for each. Very poor experience. read more

I came to get a full set with two others, they took the two others and I waited over thirty minutes before they came to do mine and by that point their nails were drying. I felt like I was being passed off while they took other customers. This place is a Covid outbreak waiting to happen. The women doing nails were not wearing masks over their nose. They did not sanitize counters or the set of colors that were being passed between customers. They have business "Covid rules" stating customers need to wash hands before being seen.
