Didn't have an appointment and they took me right away! Fast service and gel manicure lasting over 2 weeks

My manicure was fine. As long as someone doesn't screw-up a manicure, most are aesthetically fine. My nails turned out just fine. Very nice. My problem was with the manicurist. I would never expect to have a manicurist "entertain " me, but other than "hello" and "relax your arm," she said nothing to me. I will admit, I'm one of those who just doesn't instinctively move my arm in the position that is best for them. They'll have to remind me to "relax your arm." But after a slight huff, roll of her eyes, and irritation in her voice, she was annoyed she had to repeat that phrase to me. Throughout the whole process (and it's a long process), she probably used that phrase "relax your arm" 5x. I prob would be irritated also if I had to repeat that phrase all day, but hey, I don't have to because I'm not a manicurist. My 2 star rating would be higher had it not been for her. My nails looked lovely. But I will not go back. read more

I spent $145 within 3 weeks at this nail salon. This last time getting gel x nails (which they do not know how to do) came back in to get 2 nails fixed because they popped of due to technicians inability to apply gel x nails properly. VERY shitty repair job!!!! Look terrible! Was lectured the whole time I was getting the 2 nails repaired. Will not be wasting my time going back! They suck and my nails look like shit! read more

I've been going here for years for my dip nails and it's the only place that I trust in Morgantown. Han and Arlene are not only personable and professional, but they take their time to be meticulous and get the nails exactly how the customer wants them. It's a smaller family business, so it's appointments only, which avoids long walk-in wait times. Cannot recommend Bella Nails more. read more

Mr. Hann is amazing! Took excellent care in trimming and decorating my nails. The salon is beautifully decorated with comfy waiting chairs and great crystals hanging by the pedicures. My nails look great and the service was top notch. Will be back again when in Morgantown! read more

Steven is the best. I am a mom of a crazy little one year old and I've never had nails stay on so well with out one cracking. But not from here ! My nails are amazing ! I've gotten and full set and a fill and I'll continue to go back. The shop is clean and very nice and well maintained. The employees always interact with my 1 year old and always make me feel welcome. I was recommended to this shop by a coworker and I'll NEVER go anywhere else. They have many regulars now including myself. If you pay with cash you get stamped rewards and I'm just happy there's a nice shop in Morgantown that is like the best I've ever been to. Don't settle. My friend and I walked in without appointments and we didn't have to wait long before they started working on our nails. We came in wanting to get a full set of acrylics which we were told would be $30. Mr. Hann told us about the SNS Dip nails so we thought we'd try it out. Our nails look great and they feel super light and natural. The only reason I gave four stars is because we were never informed that the SNS nails would be $50 (which is $20 more than what we originally intended to spend). Also since we both got longer, coffin shaped acrylics, apparently that was $5 extra. None of this was mentioned until after our nails were completely finished which is a little irritating given that we are both broke college students on a budget, but our nails look great. I appreciate that they require customers to wear a mask and you must make an appointment (no walk ins at this time) due to COVID. Then you have to wait in you car until they are ready for you. I got the "signature pedicure" which included a sugar scrub and hot lotion massage. By far the best pedicure I've ever had. Connie really took the time to do a fantastic job. Where to begin, I went to Bella nails 6weeks ago and had a pedicure by the owner Mr. Hann when I asked him for a spa menu he told me they only offer one pedicure $30.00 he told me they don't have up charges and that sounded great to me I got a fine pedicure and the place is extremely clean. So I went back this past Friday for a pedicure had someone named Tom, once again I got a fine pedicure but when I went to pay it was $50.00, well I told him about my last pedicure and What Mr. Hann had said, he called over Hann who said well you got the deluxe pedicure, I got the exact same as the last time used the same product. I don't mind paying $50.00 for a pedicure but I truly feel I got a $30.00 pedicure. Has anyone else had this experience at Bella Nails? read more

The salon is very clean, technicians are very nice, and pricing is fair. However, I left the salon with 8 fingers having red, swollen, bleeding cuticles! I have been getting dip powder for years and have never had a manicure like this before. My tech was very friendly but seemed rushed and unfocused. By far the worst nail salon in all of Morgantown wv, I called on the phone and the man I spoke to said he did the best sns dip so I told him I'd give him a try. That was the worst mistake of my life. They highly criticized my previous set which last for 3 weeks while the ones I left the salon with where very thin And brittle. Within leaving the salon two of my nails broke within 24 hours and when I went back to get them fixed they ignored for 20 min and then told me they where too busy to come back in two hours when there was only 2 other girls in the whole salon. I went there the day before my wedding and found the perfect color for what I wanted my nails to look like. However, they said they could not do that color with the gel nails so I said ok, what type of nails do I need to get to get that color, acrylic? They repeatedly talked out me out of going that route and somehow I ended up with brown shimmery nails that looked nothing like what I asked for. Unbelievably disappointed as drove to Morgantown for a 3:45 appt ...walked in maybe 3 minutes late to find the business pretty much empty. We could see white out names in appt book ...owner ? clamed we were a day late ... I drove 10+ miles in 5 o'clock traffic to come to this salon (which I have come to for years) after making an appointment two hours prior to coming. I showed up and he said he never spoke to me and I showed where I called and he looked at his phone and saw my phone call as received and still told me he never spoke to me. I always overlooked them being hours behind at times for my previous appointments but now, I will not be returning to this nail salon and if you value your time, I don't recommend it either. read more
