We are vey satisfied with LCG's performance replacing our roof…read more Our neighbor recommended Luis Campos and LCG. It was easy to arrange a visit. Afterwards, Luis promptly sent the estimate document via text message and provided samples. Once we accepted and chose our roofing material, LCG started work when they said they would. Working to their estimate, LCG removed our old roof, replaced damaged plywood, and installed new roofing and skylights. They were careful and professional throughout. In particular, their clean-up each day was exceptional: it was by far the best of the 3 different roofing jobs I've been involved with in the past few years. Inspection reports and invoices were also conveniently sent by text. Luis kept us informed throughout via text and responded quickly to queries. There were no surprises in the final bill. I can definitely recommend LCG. PS, an added bonus: Luis sent us a nice aerial photo of our new roof!

The entire project was completed quickly, efficiently, and professionally, without sacrificing quality. Their communication was outstanding from beginning to end. They kept us informed throughout the process and made sure everything went smoothly. The completed roof passed inspection with the City of Monterey Park, and I am extremely pleased with both the workmanship and the overall experience. The pricing was very competitive, and the speed in which they communicate is so nice. Installation was quick and painless. But really what stands out is all the little things they did. Before they started, they took a lot of care to cover things around the house and the garage. Our project manager Mike was so communicative during the process. After they were finished they cleaned up as if they were never here. And there are a bunch of little details like matching the paint on both sides of fascia that was replaced, or matching color around our chimney to the new roof color really set things apart for me. I would highly recommend working with SoCal Roofing.

Serafin came out to the property, and I was genuinely impressed by how thorough and detailed he was. He walked us through his observations on-site and provided a very clear, professional explanation of what needed attention. The estimate arrived the next day--quick, organized, and easy to understand. I initially contacted J&S because they handle both roofing and gutter installation, and their reviews were consistently positive. After meeting Serafin, I felt confident that I made the right choice. I also loved hearing that this is a family business--started by his father and now run by three brothers, which really speaks to their pride and integrity in their work. Serafin even showed us another house nearby where they had recently completed a roof project, and the work looked excellent--clean, solid, and professional. It was reassuring to see the quality of their craftsmanship right in the neighborhood. Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, with so many big financial decisions to make in a short period of time. Serafin's professionalism, clarity, and patience made the process so much easier, and his inspection and estimate truly helped us make informed decisions during escrow. We hope to move forward with this home and have the opportunity to work with Serafin and his team on the roof replacement. (I'll be sure to update this review once the project is completed, but so far, my experience with J&S Roofing has been excellent!)

We just had Tino out to assess our flat roof for potential leaks, problem areas, and things noted…read moreby our home inspector. Tino was super polite, communicated everything clearly, took his time inspecting the roof, and was incredibly honest. So much so that he told me everything he was suggesting was a "could" and not a "must." He explained that the moisture issue we're seeing on the main floor of our house is common in many of the houses in South Bay that have a similar build style (tall and skinny, flat roof); no attic space plus heat humidity overload, and the house will literally start to sweat on the inside. In our case, he said addressing indoor temperature and humidity issues with an HVAC company should take care of the problem. Any home construction/repair company that openly shares all information with a potential customer--especially when it prevents an immediate sale on the work--automatically earns my trust. The willingness to put a homeowner's best interests above their own shows that they're invested in maintaining their good reputation. Now when the time comes and I do need roofing services, GA Roofing is who I'll be calling.

They responded so quickly -- even on a Friday late afternoon -- and were able to schedule an on-site roofing estimate for Saturday morning. Mike Hoddick came out to inspect the roof and provided one of the most thorough, detailed, and professional estimates I've ever seen. He was kind and patient, and the pricing was very reasonable as well. Although I ultimately didn't move forward with the project (because the escrow fell through and I didn't end up buying the house), I have no doubt that I would have hired Terraza if I had. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and care really stood out, and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again in the future. Thank you, Terraza Roofing, for being such a bright spot during a stressful time! I look forward to working with you in the near future!

We got quotes from three different companies, and their price was the most competitive. While other companies only installed fascias with a single coat of primer, this company went the extra mile by applying a primer followed by two coats of paint, which we really liked. They finished the project right before the rain started, which was fantastic. They also handled all the permit applications and managed the inspections seamlessly. Since it's a cool roof, our house is noticeably cooler than before, and they also installed several attic vents.

After extensive research and interviewing more than five roofing companies, we ultimately chose Enriquez Roofing, largely because of the great first impression Tony made. He clearly laid out the available options and was consistently a strong communicator. He also stayed on top of planning, scheduling, obtaining permits, and scheduling inspections. Once work began, his crew showed up on time every day, worked efficiently, and kept the job site clean. The entire project was completed in under five days, and the workmanship was solid.
