You know the drill. Finding a good pool service is like finding a reputable used car salesman. I…read moregot extremely lucky when I found these guys. First of all, they actually show up. Every week! The owner is Wain Auten. One of the nicest guys you'll come across. He's meticulous at making sure our pool looks the best possible. Not only does he take pride in maintaining our pool, but he takes the time to help out when you need some advice on any pool issues. For example, we have a home warranty, so any pool equipment issues go through them. Wain has offered help on a couple of occasions to get us back to normal while waiting for the repair people to show up. That's customer service - especially when not generating revenue from a repair. Another example; I was helping a buddy cut a dead tree at his bosses house. Their pool was a green, cloudy, disgusting mess. They said their pool guy kept telling them to replace filters, parts, change the water, etc. I told them they should fire whoever that is and I'd put them in touch with someone reputable. I called Wain and gave him the referral. While we were still cutting up the tree, he walked into the backyard! Subsequently, the pool is fixed and usable. I can promise you if you have these guys as your pool service, you'll never wake up to an MIA pool guy.

His breadth of knowledge about the industry and his craft along with his genuine, old fashioned, good business practices are, unfortunately, now a bit of a rare find these days. He is responsive, shows up when promised, is more than fare with his prices, does not oversell or try to talk his clients into more work that is possibly not necessary. He listens to what is being asked for and respectfully guides his clients to what might be a better fit for their yard, their budget, their expectations, etc. This is an honest, hardworking small business that larger companies cannot compete with for customer service excellence. I simply cannot say enough positive things about this pleasure to work with company and an owner with integrity.

I've known Craig for a while and he has always done my pool drains and refills. He helped when I did it myself and turned the pool green a few times. He gives great advise and he never tries to sell you anything. Ask him and he will tell you what he can do for you. You get what you want without bells and whistles that don't mean anything. They also put in my new variable speed pump. They installed it for $1,000 less then the closest bids I gathered. Mind you there is no buddy discount here, you don't need it with Klearly Kleaned. They are cheap and are REALLY GOOD at this stuff! They now do my weekly service for a great price. I have had 0 issues. I use the pool with my wife and two dogs, at least twice a day. I told them yesterday it was a little cloudy from the wind storm and excessive use. He showed up today and now it's clear as glass! Just know that you won't be overcharged for BS and you'll get great service. More importantly a super Klean pool. Thanks guys!

All of them thought they knew what was wrong, charged me to fix what they thought was wrong and then to treat it but the best I could ever get was a green pool with floating white bubbles. I was beyond frustrated that I could not solve this and everyone that came just would charge me attempt to fix and leave and I would not hear from them again. Elegant Acrylic pool was my last hope but by the time they came I had given up any hope that my pool would ever be fixed especially not in time for my kids to enjoy it at all in the summer. They came friendly as can be but I had seen so many pool people they could tell I had lost hope. Day after day they worked on my pool, checking in on me to make sure it worked trying one thing after another. All the time with me insisting that it had to be the motor. They could have replaced it and charged me but in their honesty they kept telling me no your motor and pump work good you don't need it. I just let them do their thing and then magic happened. My pool started to get blue. They helped me learn how to take care of it to avoid further cost and even while I was out of town during the holiday they came to check on it and make sure it was getting crystal clear and add what it needed since I wasn't here. Their service but most importantly their honesty is beyond any service out there. They work Magic's, they are honest AND have great prices on top of it all. LOVE them for making my pool beautiful again and making it possible for my kids to swim this summer.
