No competitive quote just let me spend a couple thousand on a 12x15 space. Bad attitude but still picked out a Karastan that was in stock. Went by today after I called to pick up the sample swatch to make sure it matched my hall wood flooring. Mr. Floor Salesperson told me to come by to pick it up but when I got there he couldn't remember which carpet I picked and then informed me it's not in stock anymore and I should pick another. This is three days ago that it was in and ready to be installed inside two weeks. I told him I'm not interested in another carpet so he handed me the measurements of the room said good bye and then muttered "Yich" under his breath to me and I turned and said "Exactly" Made an unnecessary trip to be treated in such a demeaning manner. Terrible attitude so Ill spend my $1700 elsewhere. Dad and son are charming on TV but failed in this hire

He was very detailed and professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable. Having left I told him I would get back to him once I made my decision. I was in two minds between epoxy and ceramic and I expressed my interest for both to Julio but unfortunately they don't do ceramic. After considerable thought I called him the next day to move forward because he made me feel very comfortable about this decision to take on this project sooner than later . He had his office contact me to setup my appointment to commence my 3 day service. I am very pleased with how it all turned out and would definitely recommend them. I'm very meticulous when it comes to things being done to perfection and that it was :) The entire experience was a great one including dealing with the men who came to do the flooring. 5 star service for sure!

Do not trust this company. My mom had them redo her house. She was assured by their salesman before…read morehiring them that their "luxury" vinyl flooring could be used in a home office as long as specific rubber wheels were used on the chair. She did that. The floor broke quickly anyway. It was fixed under warranty once and Price Flooring told her she then had to buy a specific protective mat at her expense. She did that, too . The floor broke again. Price Flooring now told her to buy yet another, different protective mat at her expense yet again. Further, they attempted to charge her $400 to fix their worthless trash floor. Now, Price Flooring claims that the floor was NEVER UNDER WARRANTY because the office chair they assured her was fine to make the sale somehow voids the warranty. This, despite the fact that Price Flooring's salesperson advised her on the correct rubber wheels to buy in order to protect the floor. Apparently, Price Flooring magically became a charity when they fixed their own garbage products the first time. Either that, or a greedy company LIED to make a sale they otherwise wouldn't have made and stuck my mother with the consequences. Which is more likely? Mom will be eventually be fine because she has a construction lawyer in the family. There will be legal action.
