I would like to say to everyone that this place is worth the trip and surely we will come back again! The food options are well within budget and a good portion. Ambiance- 5/5 social distance is well observed and we felt safe. There are sanitizers on all table around us . Place seems to be well cleaned and there is a homey feeling . Customer service 5/5 - we were asked a lot of times by the server of were doing okay or needed something. The service was sooo sooo fast! Didn't waste our time.Time is very important to all of us Price 4.8/5- prepare to be amaze with the price with the portion,5 bacons?? Such a good deal .4.8 cause the beverages seems to be overpriced but water is free soo there you go! We ordered black tea! Will very much recommend! Great job Sunbeam grill!

    Club House Sandwich
    Maria D.

FOOD: We had come here for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon at around 12:30 pm. I had settled on the Club House Sandwich ($12.50) with a glass of Freshly-Squeezed Orange Juice ($4.50). My mother had settled on the Classic BLT Sandwich ($8.50), along with Coffee ($2.50). In terms of the Club House Sandwich, I found that it was quite-filling however, there were many pieces of bread, and the chicken pieces were a tad on the small size. I did enjoy the French Fries though, as I found them to be crunchy, and hot (temperature-wise). The Orange Juice was good however, I thought that the price was a bit too high for a glass of juice, even though it was freshly-squeezed. ATMOSPHERE: When we had walked-in, it was starting to get busy however, not too busy. We were greeted by our server, who brought us to our table, and asked if we had wanted any beverages to start. We only needed a few minutes to order our items, at which point, we had the chance to look around the restaurant. It was very simple, which was seen in the décor on the walls, and the tables/chairs. I enjoyed the way the restaurant looked, as I felt comfortable, and could see myself dining there for the long haul. Also, the noise wasn't too loud, and the temperature of the restaurant was just right. SERVICE: Our server was kind and courteous during the entire time that she had served us. I liked how she came to check-on us, even though it seemed to be getting busier by the time we were ready to dine. I did find that all of the servers were friendly, and I felt that service was top-notch at this restaurant. COST: 1 Club House Sandwich ($12.50) + 1 Classic BLT Sandwich ($8.50) + 1 Freshly-Squeezed Orange Juice ($4.50) + 1 Coffee ($2.50): $27.75 + Tax = $31.36 WOULD YOU RETURN? Although I did like the atmosphere and service, along with the taste of the food, I just felt that the items I had chosen were a tad experience. I would definitely give this place another try, and order something less expensive.

We've been coming to Sunbeam since shortly after they opened. The place is very clean and bright and we're always greeted the moment we enter the restaurant. The service is just great! As I said, we're always greeted immediately and the waitress brings menus as soon as we're seated. Our drinks arrive right after we order and I don't think I've ever waited for more than 5 minutes for our food to arrive. We've had several different dishes here (all breakfast). The Benedicts are always delicious, made with 3 eggs which are always cooked to perfection (we like them runny) and the Hollandaise is very good and plentiful. The home fries are always crisp and well-seasoned and when we've had sausage and bacon they've also always been cooked perfectly and taste great. I honestly can't find one thing to criticize. The washrooms are spotless, just like the rest of the place. I visited here with work friends one day and every one of them (I think there were 10 of us) agreed that the food and service were great. They have a really great early bird special with 3 eggs, bacon or sausage, home fries and toast for $5.99 if you're there before 10:00 a.m. Can't beat that price!

Corned beef breakfast with poached eggs, hollandaise, home fries, toast

We are regulars here on the weekend for breakfast. And that is for very good reasons: friendly staff, good and consistent food quality and spot on taste. Their eggs Benedict are great, freshly toasted English muffins, poached to order eggs and slightly lemony warm hollandaise. The coffee is always hot and tastes freshly brewed. Last weekend i had the corned beef breakfast with poached eggs, hollandaise, home fries and warm toast. YUMM.... This place is just great and i am happy that we found our new go- to spot! Keep on being great and serving delicious food!

I love this restaurant. Either dining in or having it delivered this is my second kitchen. Never disappointed daily soup, eggs, omelettes, waffles, pancakes, French toast, burgers, wraps, sandwiches, my favourite smoked salmon with fresh fruit Bowl. I've introduced my couple of my friends they have returned And loved it as well. The management staff, chefs and servers are great.

    Chicken noodle soup

Sunbeam Grill is an average run-of-the- mill breakfast restaurant with a questionable homemade chicken soup. Price: Price is average for breakfast places, going on the weekdays is ideal due to the daily deals. Service: Service was good, food came out fast. Food: This is why this review only got 2 stars. I ordered the Classic BLT sandwich with no mayo. The server forgot to take the mayo off of the sandwich so I had to get a new one. The sandwich was little dry and nothing special about it. Additionally, the daily soup (Chicken noodle) has bones in the soup! The server said the soup was homemade but that doesn't excuse the quality of not straining it before serving it. Atmosphere: The lighting was a little dim. The decor was generally looked like any breakfast place; nothing really stood out to have its own identity.

Turkey bacon (4 strips) breakfast with home fries, 3 eggs over easy and toast $9.00
    Bernadette B.

It's your average breakfast place. There wasn't anything that "wowed" me in comparison to other places I've been to. Would I come back? Probably not for breakfast but I'd like to try their lunch options which looked much better! I ordered the turkey bacon breakfast. The turkey bacon was cooked really well, I enjoyed that! However, the eggs were still a little slimy for my liking (i ordered over easy) and home fries were not crispy enough, they were not browned at all, it was as if they were just boiled then cut into cubes. I looked around to see everyone else's and it looked inconsistent, some were cooked to brown and crispy, others looked like mine. I was pretty bummed about that. My husband ordered the hungry man breakfast and felt like it wasn't true to its name. It really didn't seem like that much food. Compared to other breakfast places, we found that it's a little pricier for what you get. And his home fries were cooked like mine. Again, would I come back? No, not for breakfast. But next time I'd like to try their lunch menu.

This was a better then decent breakfast a quaint decent spot. The food was better then average & the server was pleasant & attentive. I'd definitely go back here again.

This place is just perfect for a proper weekend brunch. It's spacious as well as fast service. We seated in no time and even before we could seat the question as to what we want to drink comes up - really fast. Even after we placed our order everything came really fast and was great in taste. The florentine egg Benedict were perfect but the french toast was pretty average. Overall this is a good place for brunch/ lunch

    Worth it!
    Dave B.

Stopped in for breakfast for lunch. Peameal bacon, three eggs, home fries, toast and grapefruit juice. Fresh squeezed juice was great as was all the food. Big meal, and very satisfying. Polite and efficient service. $20 including a tip is a bit on the high side, but I'd still come back if in the area.

The Healthy Sandwich - be warned, there was a lot more cheese than I thought! I could only finish half
    Valerie K.

Don't really get all the hype for this place to be honest. Went here because we saw the stellar reviews, and while I did enjoy my meal (and my waitress was LOVELY!), it tasted like every other diner I've ever been too. I'm rarely in the area (had my driving test that day so I made the trek up to Oakville) but I'd probably try somewhere else before going there again, though if I wanted a decent diner option I wouldn't rule it out. They also serve alcohol there, if that's a deciding factor!

    Bacon!!!
    Brett H.

The service and bacon were both good. The bacon had more fat than I would normally like but the flavor was good. If you are in the area and want a good breakfast, stop in an try it.

I love the addition of the fried onions too. The steak, however, was not as tender and juicy as I hoped to be. The guac could've used some more lemon. The sauce was good with its flavour tying in the dish. It was creamy and delicately spicy. I asked for tabasco sauce for that extra kick! We were seated right next to the washrooms and right in front of the entrance of the kitchen which was unpleasant. Hence, why I deducted a star. I don't think they should even offer this table to customers. Our server was great. She was attentive and friendly, and she always took the time to check in on us and top up our coffees and water.

(I also got a milk tea to drink, and it was really good. Very rich but not too sweet.) The sandwiches were both excellent. They were packed with flavor and the various components all worked really well together. The Malaysian Street Style did flirt with being just a little too sweet, but it was balanced out with the other components. Everything was decently priced, too. The bill, with tip, came out to around 25 bucks, which is great considering the quantity and caliber of food we were given.

Also ordered a Lemon Mint Juice at the recommendation of staff. (Great recommendation, btw!) Wow, is all I need to say.
