They chipped out my pool and redid with small pebble aqua white with irridescents aqua glass tile. They also inset some iridescent mosaic tile on the steps to define steps and added dolphins and starfish that are beautiful. I wanted Pentair Luminaires Magic Stream Jets to have 7' color streams going into the pool. Guess who has them? No one. They were sold out through out the country. Sean found them in Albuquerque, but the supplier wouldn't ship them, and Sean picked them up on his way to Kansas on a family trip. I was ecstatic! Tomorrow the final electrical and the final touches on the deck finished up in a day or so..I can't recommend, Sunshine enough. They have been wonderful allowing me to pay in affordable payments and just the nicest people and the greatest staff. There is a lot of hard work that goes into finishing off a pool. I have new appreciation for the rebirth of my pool and will gladly share with everyone I know how great Sunshine is! Thank you, Sean, Brian, and all the staff that rebuilt a thing of beauty and a labor of love in my backyard. I will think of you everyday! Thank you! I wish that I knew the names of every worker, because you were all great!

We discussed in detail the shape of the pad we wanted and how we wanted it to match our pool surrounding with the acrylic overcoating. Ben acted like it was an easy request and didn't voice or show any concern. He then gave us a quote of $800 - $1000 verbally. Said they would call to schedule his concrete guy to come out over the weekend or first of the next week. Never heard from him until 4 days later, when I received the quote which was several hundred dollars higher than the quote range he gave verbally in our yard. Against my better judgment, I trusted him and approved the portion of the quote I wanted to move forward with. I asked when the approved portion of the job could be done. I was told he needed to check with his concrete guy. A week later, on Nov 3, I finally get a text at 7:22pm stating they will be out the next morning at 9am. I wasn't asked if this time worked for me, which would have been appropriate based on how quickly they were coming. When Ben arrived at my house with the concrete guy, his demeanor was completely different. He would hardly look me in the eye, was rude, condescending and smirking. He was acting as if we hadn't even discussed the details of the project. We absolutely did so during his first visit when he was friendly, courteous and kind. The whole encounter was very strange based on the complete change in his attitude, behavior and demeaning treatment. In addition, Ben also acted as if our request for a rounded 7' X 5' pad was a much more difficult project than he had first indicated. The following day -November 4th, I received a text with and updated estimate. This estimate was over THREE TIMES the initial quote. I was shocked. We went from a quote range of $800-$1000 to a new price of over $3,000. I responded to him sharing my shock regarding this new quote. His response was completely inadequate and unacceptable. Luckily I had downloaded both quotes because as soon as I called him out on his dishonesty, he went into his system and deleted the quotes. Talk about red flag! He was knowingly trying to rip us off after initialy seeming so honest. He then went on to blame his concrete guy as if he himself had no idea how much concrete cost. Are you kidding me? What kind of business is this? CONCRETE is part of your business name and you're telling me you have no idea how much the concrete will cost for a small 7 X 5 pad? Wow. Shady. Be aware that your first quote from llustrious Concrete will be meaningless. Instead, save yourself from dealing with this guy and don't get a quote at all.

Rob, Marty and Pat... I cannot express how pleased we were with their tile removal and leveling…read moreservice they provided to us! My wife and I bought a fixer upper with the intention of DIY'ing the majority of the work. Little did we know, leveling floors is not as easy when covering large areas. After an embarrassing attempt, I waved the white flag and sought out estimates to get the job done. When I met with Rob (the owner), I knew we were going to go with him. Rob wasn't the cheapest, but he was the best. He was thorough with his assessment and explained what needed to be done. The entire home (2,600 sq ft) needed to be leveled, and we knew this before requesting estimates. Rob laid out the expectations up-front. He explained the process and that it would take over a week to complete the job. the floors were uneven throughout the home and the previous homeowners masked the imperfections with carpet, tile and vinyl flooring. In some areas, the floor varied by as much as 1.25 inches. We knew that we needed to hire someone we would trust and would do the job as expected. We hired Flooring Professionals to remove the Vinyl and tile flooring. Unbeknownst to us prior to contacting them, we were not aware that this task could be done using dust free technology, which was an added bonus, since we were living in the home throughout the process. Rob and his team spent a little over a week removing the tile, grinding the concrete, leveling the floors. When returning home each evening, we were able to see the progress that was done during the day and all of the tools were neatly placed away. While that wasn't expected, it was a clear indication that they take pride in their work. Also, all of the debris from the floor they had removed was placed in bins on the side of the home in an organized fashion. They were very professional, courteous, ON TIME and TRUST-WORTHY. Thank you again for your hard work and professionalism. Having our floors leveled was money well spent.
